I was looking for a place near work and wanted to try out some of the many small places around Tyson's Corner and I'm so happy that I did. This place has great food, especially the kabobs (wonderful spices, some heat but not too much), good prices, and the portions are huge (2 maybe 3 meals in one) - at... More

We visit the DC/Virginia at least once a year and my first stop is here at the Kabob House in Tyson's Corner. This was my favorite place when we were living in Virginia. Everything I tried on the menu is always very good. They do also the best rice. You would think that rice is simple to make, no, I've... More

I absolutely love coming to this place. During my 13 month deployment to Afghanistan, we would love grabbing some local food when we were on a mission. This restaurant brings back memories to my taste buds. The only drawback is that the menu is somewhat expensive but, it's well worth it.

Kabob House has a varied menu including vegetarian options. It's unique among local restaurants, offering cultural food such as curries, kabob dishes, naan bread, and other sides and main orders

I came to this restaurant with business colleagues. The restaurant is very casual. I wasn't in the mood for kebabs as I have tried their kebabs on a number of occasions, which are good. They also have pre made curries. I tried the 3 curry platter. I tried the lamb, spinach and chicken with large bread. It was very good... More

Great Afghan spot, ask and they will let you sample the soup of the day. The food is fresh and the naan bread is baked daily.

Food Corner is one of those strip mall gems not to be missed. With several sites in the Northern VA area, this location at Tyson's might be the most attractive, but the food is great all of them. While I've dined at "finer" Afghani restaurants, only Food Corner--a take-out sort of joint--is the only "must return" out of all of... More

I've eaten more than once at this restaurant and each time I am pleasantly surprised at how tasty their Chicken Kabab is. Whether you go for a sandwich or a platter, the chicken is moist, the sauce flavorful, and the price is good.

Every time we go to Washington/Virginia, we always make sure that we have lunch at this establishment and last week was no exception. Every time we say that we will try different dishes but we always order the P2 Afgan gyro platter and try different side with it.

This is our to-go place for kabobs! You get lots of food and it is consistently good! Along with your choice of kabobs, we get chicken, you get a choice of item to go with the rice. We always get the curry chicken--wonderful! While you wait for your order, they give you a sample of their soup to try. The... More
