We went here on a Friday night and the place was packed. We had a reservation and upon our arrival we were taken to our table. We were a party of seven. Our waiter came by with water and took our drink orders. It seemed to take a while for the four of us who ordered drinks to get them.... More

We come here often due to the high quality of the food and the excellent service. Last night, we had the eggplant mousse spread and the mussels to start. Both were surprisingly light, with lots of taste and texture. We split a branzino, which was firm and flaky, and simply prepared with olive oil and lemon. Truly Greek. We ended... More

What a fantastic find. We loved the decor and the Greek vibe. We started with Greek wine and the complimentary olive bread. It is served with a wonderful olive tapenade. We would purchase it to take home if offered. We had some mezes including an eggplant dish and tasty lamb ribs. I am ordering lamb the next time we visit.... More

Tucked away on the main floor of an office building, this restaurant serves up some amazing Greek food. The decor and ambiance give you a little slice of Greece and make you feel like you're not in Tysons anymore. (There are enough business people during lunch, though, to remind you.) The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the... More

Excellent Greek food. We have gone to other local Greek restaurants but this was by far our favorite. Everything was cooked perfectly and spiced well. We took our niece who lives in New York City and she thought it was one of her best meals.

Visiting in Vienna and ordered take out from Nostos. We all had the chicken soup that has a lemon grass taste, very very good. Two had salads that had walnuts and apples and feta cheese. One had chicken kabobs which had a good marinade on them and were very tasty. Highly recommended. A bit above average in pricing but not... More

We decided to try dinner here for a meeting with friends we hadn't seen a long time after reading it was one of the top restaurants in the Washington DC area, as rated by Washingtonian magazine. We were all very happy with our menu items and the service was excellent. My lamb chops were some of the tastiest and most... More

I've been to Nostos several times but it had been about a year since our last visit. It was better than I remembered. Fried zucchini appetizer light and crispy. But the best was my small plated lamb chops. So tender and deliciously seasoned...Our table of four loved their dishes. Only complaint...the sound level is obnoxious. Had to speak with raised... Solid Greek food but nothing spectacular. High end and very expensive but portions are very modest. Had lamb chops that were good but again not much food given price. Interior is good as is service.

We were here to celebrate a birthday. The food was fantastic--grilled octopus, meatballs, saganaki cheese and fried zuccini to start. We had 2 whole branzinos and sea bass for the mains. We had some updated baklava and ice cream with spoon fruits for dessert. All fabulous. Service was excellent. Peter was very welcoming, as always. On negative--it occassionally got very... More
