First time at a Brazilian Steakhouse and I was impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, I don't think I could pick a favorite from the variety offered. The meats were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Salad bar was a meal in itself. Watch how you have your cards facing, as it can get overwhelming quickly as the servers descend to your... More

Excellent Brazilian restaurant. We started with Caipirinha drinks which were great and well made. Then the food just starts coming. They will bring you some small little donuts with cheese inside and little meat filled crochets. However head to the beautiful salad bar and then start letting them seve you the main course meats. Enjoy all the different choices but... More

High quality buffet and meat selection. Bar service was very slow to the point that cocktail and wine came at same time and meal was already being served. Meat service was quick and then barely returned. Space was very tight.

We had dinner during restaurant week. The staff was amazing. They were very attentive with everything from keeping the food coming to removing plates. For $35 we had the full salad bar and plenty of meat to keep us eating and eating, then a delicious dessert. We have been there for the full blown dinner, but we enjoyed this just... More

We are Brazilians and love this churrascaria in tysons. Its very authentic and have all the important meats (piranha, fraldinha, etc). The salad bar is awesome. We love the soup and rice and beans station. We will always come back. The only improvement should be the dessert menu to be more brazilian.

Wouldn't validate parking for a party of 4. Picked THREE bottles of wine that they were out of. Manager came over and said they would make some recommendations and take care of us. We weren't choosing cheap wines, the recommendation was 30% more than what we were selecting, no mention of price difference, no offer for the trouble. Had they... More

Went for the special for Valentine's Day and was not disappointed. Everything was excellent from the salad bar to the endless meat options. You could easily put away your money's worth in the Gaucho meats as long as you come hungry. The special was great as it included; Gaucho and salad bar, dessert, Champagne for toast and a picture that... More

Chima is a Brazilian barbecue with the typical menu offerings you would find in most Brazilian restaurants. there is the regular meats offerings hanging from poultry, beef, and even Salmon. What sets this place aside from other barbecues is the atmosphere. Very nice backdrop for intimate family gatherings, friends, and dates. However, the price makes you question is the experience... As always there was a constant flow of meat and some fish. Didn't to to the salad bar but notice that there was a wide variety to choose from on my way in. The drinks, the drinks were on point and the staff was very friendly. I'd definitely recommend this place for a first date, birthday, anniversary or job date... More

We have dined at this Chimas location several times, however we have never dined there during restaurant week. We were disappointed. The restaurant added more tables to accommodate more patrons taking advantage of the special. However, there were so many tables that you could not easily make it to the salad bar area. After making the reservation I called the... More
