This was my first experience with a Brazilian Steakhouse and we had a blast. The restaurant was a nice modern design, the wait staff was very friendly and my goodness, there are a lot of different things to eat there. They have 16 different types of meat that they bring to your table on skewers and slice for you from... More

Just wanted to have a great dinner and atmosphere. We where not let down. The service was great and very prompt. The salad selection was typical of Brazilian style restaurants. Food was all great but I can't say that any of the salads had a uniqueness to them. The meats and seafood where superb. Bringing meats cooked the way you... More

I was in town for business and wanted to try something new with new colleagues. We very much enjoyed it. Make sure you come hungry and don't fill up on the salad bar.

Decided to try something different for our wedding anniversary. In my opinion ... the meat wasn't seasoned. The best part was the fried bananas. Since it was our anniversary our waitress gave us a dessert on the house. I appreciated it very much even though I caught her making a face bc I complained about a gnat flying around. Overall,... I have been in this restaurant a few times, and still go there regularly, once a year when in town. It is a feast every time we go there and we are looking forward every time we get that chance. There are many Brazilian and Argentinian Steak Houses, restaurants from this chain and/or from other chains or just independent places... More

One of my best friends took me and a few others to Chima recently. We are both meat-lovers, and this restaurant is a great choice when you are hungry for quality and of course unlimited quantity of fire-seared meat. The restaurant is quite impressive - very nice decorated with an ambience of a top-notch churrascarian style place. We both enjoyed... More

This was only the second time I had every visited a Brazilian restaurant and I was not disappointed. The food was excellent, the wait staff were cordial and accommodating and the ambiance was top notch. This is not the sort of dining the average person would do on a daily, weekly or even monthly basis, but for a special occasion... More

This is one of my very favorite places. Best meats ever and lamb chops is to die for. Service is excellent and they have by far the best salad bar I have seen in any place I visited. The prices are expensive and they charge a lot per person. I always go with my wife and 2 kids and we... More

I am happy that Chima began serving an "express" business lunch. It's reasonably priced and they will get you in an out. I've visited for dinner before but find that it is just way too much food. For about $20 at lunch you can get the full salad bar, choice of meat (chicken breast, salmon or beef) and a side.... More

Some of the meats are very tasty and some are average. The salad bar is excellent. The dining room is lovely. I could never eat enough meat to make this price worthwhile.
