This was only the second time I had every visited a Brazilian restaurant and I was not disappointed. The food was excellent, the wait staff were cordial and accommodating and the ambiance was top notch. This is not the sort of dining the average person would do on a daily, weekly or even monthly basis, but for a special occasion... More

This is one of my very favorite places. Best meats ever and lamb chops is to die for. Service is excellent and they have by far the best salad bar I have seen in any place I visited. The prices are expensive and they charge a lot per person. I always go with my wife and 2 kids and we... More

I am happy that Chima began serving an "express" business lunch. It's reasonably priced and they will get you in an out. I've visited for dinner before but find that it is just way too much food. For about $20 at lunch you can get the full salad bar, choice of meat (chicken breast, salmon or beef) and a side.... More

Some of the meats are very tasty and some are average. The salad bar is excellent. The dining room is lovely. I could never eat enough meat to make this price worthwhile.

The meat selection was fairly diverse and tasty. The salad/buffet was okay but sufficient. The wait staff was EXCELLENT! I would definitely recommend, but make sure you leave room.for dessert because it was amazing! Especially the key lime pie! Atmosphere is very nice and I would recommend business casual.

My family ate here with me for my birthday and we had a pretty good time. We made a reservation and we were seated only about 5 or 10 minutes after that time. We sat near the buffet, which was great for my kids. It was Restaurant Week so we chose the restaurant week option on the menu which end... More

Our family had dinner at Chima last evening. Some of the beef selections were tasty. The salad bar is very good. But the salmon was over-cooked and tasted fishy. We had children with us and the pricing of the children's meals was presented by our wait staff in a very confusing manner: "there is no children's menu, but children are... More

It was Restaurant Week in the Greater Washington (DC) area so we decided to take advantage of the special offer, namely: $22 for lunch and $35 for dinner, fixed price. Firstly it's worth noting that this restaurant looks new, although I've known about it for a few years. It's quite a large restaurant but very few seats available in the... More

We go here 3-4 times per year because while it is normally very good - but it is expensive. It is a one price for all, per person establishment, so if you're not a carnivore, skip it. The salad bar is lovely, soup is always good - but you can't order only the soup and salad bar. Shame. The staff... More
