We stopped at the To Do Café on a trip to Reedville in September, and I had the lightly battered fried oysters with fries. My partner had catfish with coleslaw. We enjoyed our lunch so much. The dinner menu for the night was being posted as we left, and it looked amazing! We had a chance to have lunch there... More

We always pass through Tappahannock on the way to Northern Neck, VA. If it's around lunch time we stop and eat here. I love the fried shrimp. My wife also always enjoys her meal. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. The edcor is nice and there is outside seating also.

Very comforting food and in town. Nothing fancy but a great place for lunch or dinner. We have been often and have never been disappointed

The to do Café offered all fresh home cooked food from the crabcakes to the crab bisque and the catfish and the steamed shrimp and wonderful fresh fried oysters. The lemon meringue pie looked fabulous, but we were too full to try it. It's a winner in my book!

The crab cakes were delicious as were the homemade pies. We enjoyed the place quite a bit. We had read that it might be crowded but it wasn't. We went after the lunch rush. The service was great- very nice, friendly and efficient.

So glad we read the Trip Advisor reviews about this cute little restaurant. Honestly, the fried oysters were the best I've ever had. Those guys were small, plump, and perfectly fried. The fries were cooked boardwalk style. The service was great, and the food came out nice and hot. Prices were good too. If you are interested in stopping while... More

We tried this restaurant from reading the reviews on Trip advisor. We were not lead astray. The food was delicious and the prices were good. If in the area, I would highly recommend stopping.

We stopped there for lunch. It is a small place and fills up quickly. It looks like it is a local place that has been open forever. It was clean and the service was friendly. I had the crab cake sandwich and my wife had the oyster po'boy. We like both. The food came quickly. They also have a carry... More

I was driving up US 17 between Yorktown to my destination in Fredrichsburg VA looking for a place to eat that wasn't a chain fast-food restaurant; then caught this place out of the corner of my eye but when I went in I was expecting a bit of a greasy spoon, deep fried and ruined seafood. I WAS VERY SURPRISED.... More
