This has little to no coal flavor and is not on the same planet as a Pepe’s or Sallys in New Haven. BUT I applaud the effort this is an excellent pizza. Versus Don Coreleones in Sterling which is our fav I would say the...crust and sauce here are a nod better, but the pepperoni and cheese and toppings are better at The Don’s and I would still say they are better overall. But nice to have choices. Will be back.More

Enjoyed a nice lunch here. Pizza was very good and the service was excellent. Crust is a thinner style, which we like. Good choice to dine in or take out.

This is about to get sacrilegious, but desperate times and all... So happy to have found a place I can get a tasty gluten free pizza with dairy free cheese. Crust has chew and crunch! My only constructive criticism is to allow more than 3...toppings when ordering thru my favorite delivery app.More

On a Friday night around 7:00pm, pizza restaurants are busy, especially with all the sporting events being broadcast. Coal Fire was busy too, but at least we didn't have to wait. My wife and I each got the type we liked and they were hot...and tasty. They also have a nice bar with local craft brews on tap, that went well with the pizza.More

Tried this place three times and each time I got disappointed with their food quality , and 2 times of my 3 visits, we didn’t get what we ordered!!! I don’t recommend it and definitely won’t go to this location again!

Happened upon this place while out shopping. The first thing I noticed when walking in, this place was spotless. I think it’s one of the cleanest restaurants I have visited. It was mid afternoon and it was me and another table in the bar area....I ordered the 9inch pizza with the signature sauce (you get three choices for sauce) pepperoni, sausage and crumbled meatballs. The pizza was delivered fast and SUPER hot. It was AWESOME! If this place wasn’t so far away I would eat here several times a week. If you’re in the area give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.More

Visiting the area for a conference. Love finding brick oven or coal fired pizza restaurants when out of town. Excellent pizza. Perfect crust. Quick service. Nice staff.

It is hard to get a really good Gluten free pizza hut Coal Fire does it. The crust is very solid, not mushy, and your choice of sauce. The only bad thing is that the pizza is cooked in a n oven which also has...gluten pizza in it. If you can't have any this will not work for you but if you can tolerate a little it is greatMore

I've been to this location several times and had really good experiences in the past and excellent pizza this pizza was just below average and the calamari was soft and chewy and very much like a rubber band They cooked the wrong pizza came out...and told us and then still served it to us and then charged us as well the service was excellent but the food was truly disappointing I'm not sure if I'll give it another try.More

Visited on 2 occasions. Both times sat at the bar. Two different Bartenders, two very different experiences. My last time I wanted to suggest she find a different place of employment because she seemed to loathe her job. Pizza is very good, although if you...don't order from the menu and build your own, it gets pricey. A pizza and a couple of draught beers ended up to be 40 bucks. Decent selection of beer on tap, and the pizza was quite good.More
