We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary here and it was a wonderful experience! Reservations are recommended as the dinning room is small but it is such a unique environment and experience. We chose not to have an appetizer since we knew we would have dessert later, but they had a great selection of appetizers. We had the NY Steak and... More

We were the only guests for dinner in this beautiful and historic grist mill. The gentleman who was both our waiter and chief, was interesting and a great cook. We both had steak, and I can't imagine it being better prepared. The sides were wonderful as well. Don't miss this place!

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious dinner accompanied by local Rockbridge Vineyard's wine. The dining room is on the small side and eclectically decorated with beautiful old wide plank floors and a wood stove. Kevin came out to greet the guests prior to preparing our food. A walk by the stream after dinner rounded out a wonderful evening.

Great place to stop if you are taking a car or motorcycle tour on Route 56. This was an actual mill, so the B&B rooms are up what is like a ladder to the upper floor of the mill. The mill wheel does not run, but there is an elevated water sluice that runs on one side of the building... More

Very historic setting, but excellent customer service and AMAZING food!! It was peaceful and romantic! You can sit overlook the stream and Mill while you enjoy a 5 star meal or sit inside under a beautiful candlelight dinner... Truly romantic..

We were advised to book ahead. It only holds a few tables. The building itself is very interesting. Food is very good. You'll want to take pictures inside and out.

Charming setting. Quaint and cozy interior. The proprietor was friendly and informative, giving us great information about the nearby sites and things to do. The breakfast was top-notch with plenty of choices and the tables were set with vases of wildflowers from the grounds. A perfect get-way!

We stayed at the Osceola Mill once about 20 years ago and enjoyed it. We have thought about a return but never managed to find time on travel up and down I-81. This time we did, and loved it once again. Quiet, large, clean and comfortable room, and a great made-to-order breakfast...featuring hummingbirds at the window by our table for... More

This charming bed and breakfast is beautifully situated in the Shenandoah Valley. The room where we stayed (the Paddock) was roomy and comfortable. The gas fireplace made the room so very cozy. Our dinner was delicious and made just to order. One of the best salads I've ever had! Breakfast the next morning was also wonderful (be sure to try... More
