There is a fairly small sitting area, which can get crowded. Menu was not large, but everything we had was quite good. Especially liked the fried shrimp. Extensive beer and wine menu. Waiters were quite friendly. Good choice is staying at the hotel and not...More

This is a restaurant in the Stonewall Jackson Hotel. We had dinner here before a ASC production of Julius Caesar. The food was excellent and the staff is so efficient and considerate. I will definitely eat here again on our next visit to Staunton.

We had dinner there last weekend, while staying at the hotel. We were pooped from a long day, and it was easier to eat in. I had the burger, and my wife had the Ravoli. We enjoyed the meal and its convenience.

Sorrel's has a limited but tasty menu, which has been updated in the past several months. Their burger is thick and juicy. The fried shrimp (5 jumbo ones in the order) were about the best I've ever eaten: just enough batter, perfectly crisp, not a...More

Very(!) small bar....6 seats. Most seating is outside the designated bar area, at tables. Open only in the evenings...not on the weekends.

Usually until midnight. Depends on how busy the bar area is. Room Service I'm not too sure about. Call the hotel and inquire with the front desk.
