Decided to stop for lunch. Had the Reuben and the Virginian. Sandwiches were excellent. While the restaurant was busy, service was very good. Had Dark chocolate cake for dessert. Restaurant is not large but would go back again. Prices were reasonable. Hope to go back...for breakfast some morning.More

A hidden gem. The food was very fresh and unlike other places, the salad greens were washed and as fresh as if you just picked them. Their fruit was also fresh.

We always stop at this small restaurant when visiting Staunton. On Beverly we were greeted with a smile and great service. We sat downstairs near the window and had GREAT iced tea and a diet coke. My husband had the fresh large chef salad and...I had the hot roast beef sub with lettuce, tomato, onions and chips. All food was fresh and good. Will go again.More

Had lunch with a friend here. There are some indoor and outdoor tables available to choose. The service was quick and the food was tasty. I got the quiche of the day; it was prepared a bit different than any quiche I’ve had before, but...it was good and reasonably priced. I would eat here again if in the area.More

We visited the Pampered Palate Cafe for lunch and were glad we did. The Covid epidemic has reduced the number of customers that would normally be here for lunch so we were seated immediately and our server told us about their specials and other general...information about the menu. We ordered a bowl of Gauspatcho soup and the house special Chicken Salad Sandwich, and a Statier Sandwich. All there orders were excellent and ample. We were very happy with our visit and we will definitely make it a requirement to visit the Cafe again when we are in Town. Give it a try you will not be disappointedMore

Pleasant staff and the freshest salad I’ve had in a restaurant! When they say fresh they mean fresh! Portions are great too!

We were in the Staunton area and went to the Pampered Palate Cafe for breakfast. Unfortunately breakfast was no longer being served so we ordered off the lunch menu. Excellent hearty sandwiches that were not your typical lunch sandwiches. A nice cozy place to visit...in Staunton.More

My wife and I were spending a long weekend in Staunton when we stopped by the Pampered Palate for lunch. We both have gluten-free diets and my wife is vegetarian, so we were pleased with the offerings we found. Both of us were impressed by...the homemade tomato soup. We ordered cup sizes to go with our sandwiches (on GF bread 😉) but were pleasantly surprised to find the ‘cup’ of soup to be more like a bowl in other such establishments. The staff were very friendly, the prices reasonable and the atmosphere pleasant and relaxed. We would certainly return.More
