We were staying in Luray and ate supper here. The waitress was prompt and friendly and helpful. She brought our menus as soon as we sat down. She told us the special for the evening was T-Bone steak. My husband ordered that and was very pleased with the meal. It was cooked exactly as he had ordered it. I chose... More

I have eaten breakfast and lunch here at least a dozen or so times now. It's tucked in a parking lot behind an Exxon station in downtown Stanley. Diner type food and good! Definitely a small town restaurant that does offer decent food and the prices aren't bad. We visited on a Sunday and they were very busy but the wait staff wasn't very fast about clearing tables. Also don't expect refills in a timely manner either but the food was hot when the waitress delivered it to our table.

Really enjoyed the country meal -- small, quiet place that takes you back a few years. Very good service.

Good Diner food. Comfortable setting. Pork chops are cutlets, fork tender. Hamburger steak tender. Gravy and onions perfect temp and tender onions. Green beans excellent. Mac salad was good. Too full for desserts. Price reasonable. Service excellent.

This place screams local dining spot. Had breakfast here while driving up 340; can't say anything about lunch or dinner, of course. Breakfast was good. I had 1 pancake, which covered the plate and was plenty, along with an egg over easy and scrapple. The scrapple was nice and tender with a good pan sear and plenty of porky goodness.... More
