Enjoyed the 10 course chef sampling. Chef Alan prepared an amazing meal and wine accompaniment. He also spent time discussing the meal and wines so we could have a better appreciation. Our overnight in the 1840's Inn with breakfast the next morning made for a wonderful stay. Looking forward to visiting again.

We held our 2015 Christmas luncheon here and a great time was had by all. The service was on-point and the food was delectible! While our visit was a group affair I imagine that a more intimate visit would be as enjoyable!

We arrived at the Inn on 18 June 2016 for one night to celebrate my husbands belated birthday. We were escorted to the Wilson Room by a staff member and as soon as the door opened I noticed the dirt webs on the stairs that led up to the sleeping area and sitting area. Once we looked around the place... More

Stopped by to have dinner for our first time. We were cordially greeted and seated without reservations-although reservations are a good idea. We ordered the braised beef and their salmon. The braised beef deserves 4 stars! Tender and tasty coming with potatoes and broccoli. Excellent!😋 Sadly, the salmon did not make the same mark coming in with only 2 stars... More

As I said in our Review of the Inn itself, we thought this was really very good indeed - Food, Wine (lots of pretty high-brow choices !) and service. Ice Cream - You HAVE to save room for some.

Found this restaurant by accident but we were not disappointed. The food is excellent and the wine list is outstanding. We would never have expected to find a diamond in the rough out here. It was well worth the hour drive. The menu is constantly changing based upon the local products, so be prepared for an experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner of filet mignon and crab cake. The wine list was very extensive. The atmosphere was quaint and the service was outstanding. I will definitely return and would highly recommend the Inn. I would also make a reservation as seating is limited.

I noticed most of the comments are for the 10-course type dinner. Our group ordered from their dinner menu. Most of us ordered the surf and turf which I find adequate; however, most of the people in our group thought it was not enough especially the steak considering the price. So, I guess if you're hungry, either order appetizers and... More
