decent, but that is about it. Nothing special, but nothing awful. I would only pick if I was short on time and couldn't think of anything else to eat.

Take out should be left in.

We have tried many times and have given up. We were encouraged by discount coupons but often disappointed. Chicken is often dry and tough. Food---such as "sweet and sour"---seems thrown together--vegetables overcooked, poorly cut---meat dry, tough and scares. This "take-out-only" has a great location--a ready made clientele--but it needs a make-over.

Boycott this place. Owner treats handicap parking spot like a personal loading dock...

I watched as the owner of the Hunan Express pulled into a handicap spot with a handicap sticker displayed. I further watched as he and his son leaped out and walked into the restaurant. When he came out, I told him that you should only use the handicap tag when the handicapped person is in the vehicle. He said, " I handicapped," and started to unload 25 pound bags of rice and other big bags and boxes of supplies from the car and carry them into his restaurant. I resent numb-nuts like these gaming the system, and, meanwhile, taking these spots away from combat-wounded vets and others who actually need them. Vote with your wallet, don't eat here!

Be cautious

Be cautious eating here. I was driving through Chick-fil-a drive thru, behind the shopping center. Their back door was propped open without a screen door. Flies are nasty and their nasty little feet transfer all kinds of nasty bugs onto food and surfaces. The health inspector would have slapped them with a serious fine. I have not and would not eat here.

Carryout convenience and quality

Recently I travelled to DC area and spent the evening. Not feeling like venturing out, I called Hunan Express for carryout and was overwhelmed by the quality of the food and the speed of the delivery. Highly recommend their Shrimp and Lobster sauce dish
