After spending a couple of hours wandering the Christmas Market, we stopped in for a early lunch, and thank goodness we did, by the time we left there was a 45 min wait. The customer service was exceptional, never had to ask us if we...More
Friendly staff and great atmosphere! Very casual and relaxed. Everything on the menu is tasty, and you will enjoy the tastes of Smithfield. Buy some peanuts too at their store, chocolate covered are super.

That was not our eating experience at Smithfield. It looks as if the management is offering an apology and an offer to try their food again. The patrons may have had their order "drop through the cracks." I'd encourage the folks to take the manager's offer sometime when they're shopping in the area and see if their concerns have been addressed. In reading reviews, you should throw out the best and the worst and look at the middle ones to get a real sense of a place to eat.
