Happened upon this restaurant after exiting Route 81 for gas. Exterior appeared a little tired but the friendly waitresses made up for that. Spanish omelet was fresh, fluffy and the sauce tasty. Good food at a good price.

The food was tasty, the cheesesteak sandwich and fries hit the spot. The cheeseburgers are good too. And the coffee is fresh tasting.

Stopped at this little restaurant while traveling up from Florida. Very easy to get to as it is just off the highway. The service was excellent. Very friendly staff. Great selection of breakfasts, excellent taste. Would have no hesitation to eat there again.

For breakfast and had biscuits/gravy which was very good, wife had Omelette which she said was so so. Service was good and they have a good selection. Its worth a try but I think I'll try other places next trip to Salem.

We stopped by here one Thursday afternoon on the way north off of I-81. The restaurant had only about two clients when we walked in and reminded us of a Waffle House in a way, especially with the plastic coated menus. The restaurant is dated in its decor, but clean. It might be getting a makeover as a contractor was... More

Stay away from this waste of time! The waffle was cold, biscuits microwaved hash browns had no flavor and the waitress was awful. No checking back to see how everything was or to refill my coffee. Not sure how this place is still open!

Its a good stop. The ladies are fabulous. However there is only one grill. If it gets busy its a bit of a wait. Good Sausage Gravy.

Like a Waffle shop. Hash browns are fantastic. Eggs, and sanwiches are very good. Sweet tea and coffee is also very good.

We were driving back from Charlotte, NC after last Sunday's NFL game and decided to give this old school diner a try. The Omelette Shoppe is like a time capsule. The decor in this brightly lit diner looks like a diner from movies set in the 70s/80s and the stools that we settled on at the counter were torn. We... More

My wife and I were both in the mood for a good burger today, so we went to the "OS" for the "OS Burger Plate!" It's a 1/4 cheeseburger w/ two slices of cheese and served your way. It comes w/ crinkle cut fries or hash browns, both of which are delicious, one of us had fries the other hash... More
