As noted by other reviewers Table 50 has wonderful food and ambiance. Everyone around us seemed to be loving their evenings and meals. I had an aged ribeye and my wife a fillet. Both were perfect. This is indeed another of the growing list of great places to dine in downtown Roanoke. Now for the bad. As others have noted... More
Roanoke wants to be Asheville. It's not, but it still has a lot to offer. Where Asheville is polished, Roanoke is a little rough around the edges, and that is okay with me. Asheville has become a little too pretentious, almost "Disneyfied" and like a movie set. Roanoke is a work in progress and I am happy for that. So,... More
We had a lovely meal at Table 50. Service was impeccable. Starting off with drinks, I had an aged barrel Pink Lady that was delicious , followed by a mixed green, miso dressing salad. Main course was Wahoo (fish) and an incredible dessert. I would have given it a 5, but the restaurant is pretty dark inside and found that... More
This is a very nice restaurant located in the center of Roanoke. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The waitress had some very good suggestions. We were all pleased with out dinners.
I have been to Table 50 several times, and usually the service and food are wonderful! Our last visit, the service wasn't as good (new waitress?), but the food was excellent. The dining area can get pretty loud between 7 and 8 pm. Table 50 is quite pricey - Save it for a special occasion!
The food and service here are top rated. Excellent appetizers, dinners, many specials, Wine list very good. Atmosphere upscale and trendy. M husband and I both loved our meals!
No issues with the food, it was well prepared. I will say that the food portion is small. They put a premium on shrimp and give only four in their shrimp and grits, but it tasted great and the service was good. Expect to spend 80 to 100 for two.
The food was very good but I feel it was overpriced for the area. The service was good as well. Lunch was a little more reasonable than dinner.
Wonderful bar and great evening ambiance. Best fried oysters we've had in some time. Very fresh Caesar salad. Nice whisky selection.
