Dine in or take out. Also curbside pickup. Patio dining available. I had a Greek salad and a turkey reuben sandwich. Lots of good food. Reasonably priced.

I wanted upscale diner. This did not disappoint. BLT and yummy potato Salad. Lots of choices and lovely little area. Server was wonderful. Carrot cake was amazing.
Found this location by accident and was totally not disappointed. The Chicken pasta dish was good the pasta was a bit dry and maybe overdone. The meal was very good otherwise. My Lemon Cake was well the BEST ever.
Great bakery and god sandwiches. Really enjoyed the mushroom bisque. BLTs were good. We also had a Greek sampler plate from the appetizer list. We wanted fried green tomatoes but unfortunately they were out. Overall good meal.
I recently visited for the first time to have lunch with friends. I had a PFG -- pimento cheese, fried green tomato, and bacon sandwich -- that was absolutely delicious. I also had tomato cheddar soup that was better than any tomato soup I've ever...had. For dessert, we shared huge slices of various cakes. Evie's is known for the Better Than Sex cake, which is excellent, but I personally recommend the Mounds cake.More
Have visited multiple times now and each one the food has been at or above expectations (which are high to begin with). The wait staff are always friendly and welcoming. If you're coming here for ambiance, don't have high expectations because it is a local...simply appointed place but warm and comfortable. Good value for the price and desserts are remarkable!More
Went to Evie’s for dinner on New Years Eve. On the menu is pasta with Meatballs in marinara sauce. I told the waitress no meatballs because I am a vegetarian. When the dish came I started eating it and realized there were pieces of meat...in it. I informed the waitress and told her that “marinara” sauce did not have meat. Instead of apologizing and asking if there was anything else i’d like, they just took the uneaten food away. My suggestion to Evie’s is to take the “marinara” sauce off the menu and change it to “meat” sauce because that’s what it is. By the way, I was upset that I had partially eaten the pasta since the last time a piece of meat crossed my lips was 20 years ago. Thank you Evie’s for terrible heartburn on New Years Eve.More
So sorry for your experience with the meat. I would like to talk with you. Please email me at eviesbistroandbakery@gmail.com and I will help anyway I can. Thank you, Evie
What a great meal! My family of four enjoyed everything. The meatloaf was delicious. The ribeye was cooked perfectly (medium) and was very tender. We each got a dessert and would recommend the lemon chiffon cake and the death by chocolate cake. Very friendly staff...made us feel at home.More
My wife and I had dinner here with another couple after a movie night at the Grandin Theatre. Three of us ordered the same dish, on the "specials" menu. This entree was served in a deep bowl without a plate under it. The bowl had...veggies like broccoli, peppers, onions and a good number of shrimp, on top of a bed of brown rice. The seasoning was good but the rice was very undercooked and ruined the edibility of the dish. It was also pricey. We ordered the chocolate raspberry bar for dessert. It was okay but a bit dried out, like it had been around for a while. The lemon bar our companions ordered was better. We had come after the movie to visit with our friends but the entertainer's amplifier was so loud we had to shout at each other. All in all, our visit here was disappointing.More
Amazing food and atmosphere. Friendly staff and plenty off food for your buck. This place is near downtown but in a very quite and beautiful neighborhood. Easy to access from the interstate even if your just passing through.
