This is a great place to pick up something quick while at Plaza America. They're fresh fish is very good. Best place to purchase Rapini. Also love their seasonal packaged items. Great for gift baskets.

Lots of fruit, veggies, bakery, cooked dishes to go, dry goods, personal care products, etc. Both organic and conventional fruit and produce. The atmosphere and selection is changing now that Amazon has taken over the Wholefoods company. A huge down side is that they now...require Amazon Prime subscription in order to get sale prices on store products.More

Small, gloomy, claustrophobic WF. Definitely needs an upgrade. (But I have yet to go to a VA WF that doesn't.) Have found product availability limited and very inconsistent (e.g., sometimes they have a certain Jewish rye bread, sometimes they don't, and staff has no info...on the matter.......). Always used to buy sushi at the newer WFs - nothing here has ever looked decent. Produce pricey and just as bad as almost everywhere else around Reston. Why is this? And PS - where did that online picture come from? There was no oyster bar at this Plaza America WF!!!!!More

This location is a little smaller and not as upscale as some of the newer ones, but the quality is consistent.

As with most Whole Foods in CA I have gone to, the food that I enjoy is great, the only annoying thing is that the selections tend not to always be consistent. Some days they might have basmati rice, most days they don't. I've had...their noodles and pizza, and during my office break in some cases, a snack (their small dessert treats). Good thing is it's close to my office so I can stop and buy food during lunch break or when I take a quick afternoon break from my training. I found the staff to be really friendly and welcoming overall and definitely recommend the place overall.More

Stopped by this Wholefoods location to buy some lunch, and ended up buying over one pound of salad!!! The options were so good -- that I could not help myself! ***They also had some sample hot pizza, which was very tasty!. I am getting that...next time!*** It was a wonderful experience.More

I got a great salad at Whole Foods Reston - their extensive hot and cold salad bar is to die for - and my daughter got sushi. Terrific food selection and excellent, fresh ingredients - what's not to like!

Many food options in the prepared foods buffet. Some of the hot offerings vary from date to date. I consider it a bit expensive but overall is a nice option if in a hurry.

Came across this Whole Food market about a month ago while shopping in the area.. and wanted to come back ever since... This is the first Whole Food that I have seen that has a oyster bar, cheer bar, ram and noodle bar... the servewine...and beer not just bolted but also draft... what a nice way of going shopping ;) I would defiantly shop more at WH if my local WF was like this one in Fairfax....My local WF in Reston is probably the sades store I have ever shopped at... both in state and out of state, i secretly hope that WF you take a look at their store in Reston a realize that they need to upgrade......More

Smaller than some locations but typical in having hot and cold food for a quick bite at the place or in your room if traveling. Nice variety of quality offerings in addition to traditional high end supermarket items.
