2nd time I have ordered dinner here - told them I am allergic to onions/scallions and chives and my sushi 🍣 was covered in them! I even contacted the restaurant! All they said was sorry - tell us next time !!! So unlike their other...locations! Very very bad!!More

Jackson's is the best restaurant in Reston, hands down. Their customer service is first rate. The portions and prices are wonderful. I'm a huge fan of the prime rib. I just wish they did it every day! Currently they only offer prime rib on Friday...and Saturday.More

I've been here several times over the years and always leave less then satisfied. Food is OK and the service really does vary alot. Example is the burger. Not worth the money $15. Makers union is better and Capital Burger is divine for the same...price and better fries. Salads have been OK but nothing special. Outside sitting in very nice but getting a cocktail can be challengingMore

Met some friends who frequent here, good place to gather. Active outdoors dining, friendly and fast service. Better than average food, faves were calamari (tangy), lobster salad, fish tacos. Good beer choices.

Ordered take out from here via Uber Eats. Got spinach artichoke dip and burger/fries. Both were very good. The burger was massive, good for lunch next day also. The fries are soft not crispy, which is the way I like, but you may or may...not. Would recommend .More

The best part about this place is that they have a kids menu and they have steak. My husband and child enjoyed their steak very much while I enjoyed their goat cheese and caramelized pecans salad. Service was good. nice atmosphere. My only complaint is...that I wish they had more vegetarian options. Would definitely down there again.More

Jackson’s is located at Democracy Drive and Library Street in Reston Town Center in Reston. Fairly large restaurant but a rather small bar area, but there is an outdoor seating area by the bar. Stopped here for a late lunch. As is the case with...many restaurants, they do not have all menu items available, which was sad as many of the items unavailable I would have ordered. I ordered the Grilled Chicken and Havarti Cheese sandwich and my family member ordered the Cheddar Cheeseburger, both served with fries. Honestly, just okay sandwiches, nothing great. Most menu items were under $20, however beef items were upward to $40. Staff was very friendly and attentive and service was good and quick. However, don’t think I’d revisit. Possibly you would have a more positive experience.More

Right off the top, don’t name a salad Chicken, Avocado, and Beet if there’s no avocado! It was tasty but left out a key ingredient. This wasn’t corrected because our server never bothered to check on us. And no sincere effort was made to remedy...this. The French Dip was fantastic ! Generally we like this restaurant but it was really let down by poor service and lackluster execution on this visit.More

My wife and I went to dinner this past Saturday to our go-to during the pandemic and post pandemic there are changes. First no more street tables. Its all inside. So when you reserve its just for the inside. Second, and we hope its temporary…no...appetizers or entrees with crab. That was a shock and we were told due to over-fishing. Wish they had a sign up on their menu. Third, employees are both masked and unmasked. I asked our server and he entioned it was a matter of choice (hopefully with them all being vaccinated) or the employee code of clean shaven (which does not explain the female employees all being in masks). Service was good and seemed to have sufficient servers. We had the calamari for appetizer. We ordered the bread which is still $10 and despite the description of varopis types of bread, its just 1. But served warm. The Hong Kong sea bass ws a pleasant surprise. Light and elicious. The special red snapper was good. For dessert the chocolate waffle. A nice evening out.More

They are not required but I’d recommend having one if (when you call) they let you make one. Waits can get long at this restaurant.
