Superb sandwich. Definitely give you plenty of meat on them. Went for lunch and wasn't so busy. Waitress was great.

I have been here 3 times and it is always worth the visit. The sandwiches are large and will fill you up. The portions size is great and the price is very reasonable. Great taste and easy on your wallet.

Subs, sandwichs, wraps, dogs, etc.. fries, chips, pickles, desserts, brews...the food is what it is, but always excellently prepared. A very unique atmosphere. If you haven't been to one, you gotta try it. I actually prefer the Christiansburg location, but only because closer to me. They're all very similar.

This place is huge. The parking lot was packed and it only took us 30 minutes to be seated. There is a wide selection on the menu.

Sandwiches and quesadillas are generally good. Service is decent. The restaurant was renovated in the last couple years. Parking spaces are laid out kind of strange, and seem to be narrow to get more spaces in the lot.

This used to be a great place to eat, we ordered the Titanic which was at one time a slice of delicious prime rib on a sandwich. This was more like overcooked shavings of critter meat.Yuk, it was so nasty, greasy I just could not eat it. The tater skins were overly greasy as well. We will never be back.

When I travel I-81and stay in Radford, Macado's is a frequent choice for an easy dinner. The burgers and sandwiches are better than the entrees. But no one would mistake it for an fine dining establishment, which may exist somewhere in Radford but likely not adjacent to the University. I'd say the beers are better than the mixed drinks --... Service is not very good, place is dirty (floor at the deck was so sticky we had to move table). few months ago had boneless chicken wings, they were just like frozen chicken nuggets. last week we had hamburgers, they were disgusting, old, too sweet buns and boiled like patties. never going there again
