This is a Vintage Inn. It's been at the same location for over 75 years, and still attracts a lot of "locals." There's an attached Bar inside. And, many can just walk home, if they live on B.I.

Wouldn't go back for a meal but did enjoy a drink & a snack for lunch. Reasonably priced prosecco, good mozzarella sticks & a beer all for less than $20. Basic kinda bar but ok.

It is in a great location on Balboa Island. But, it's old and a bit dreary inside. It isn't my favorite place to eat and drink. Since,I like bright and airy, this doesnt qualify.
