Great bar overlooking beautiful White Bay. The view is truly breathtaking. The painkillers are delicious and the conch fritters are the best we had in the islands. It gets crowded during season but is great fun. Our last visit was during off season and many bars weren't open but Soggy Dollar was. We took the morning shuttle over from St.... More

The pain killers are dangerously delicious! Everyone is so friendly, that you all become best buddies before the day is through! Had dinner there also, the food was delicious, and the staff is a blast!!

I love, that despite its' notoriety, Soggy Dollar likes to distance itself from competitor, Foxy's. In my opinion, it's' bartender is friendly, food better and quality service. I like the smaller bar/restaurant on a picturesque beach.

So relaxing! The beach is wonderful and the water temperature perfect. It was like a hidden oasis lost in time. Most of us got t-shirts for the memory and they have a great selection, not cheap, but fair.

Laid back, very quiet. The type of place you go if just want to sit in a chair with your toes in the sand sipping a Painkiller knowing the bar is just a few feet behind you when you're read for another.

We have been visiting this place for over 10 years. Always enjoyable. A few tips: + Can get crowded from 12n to about 3p, so plan accordingly + Food is great, esp the crispy french fries + Ring toss game is harder than it looks, fun though + If coming from STJ, consider taking the ferry and spend the day... I am glad I finally got to visit this bar and experience it, especially on New Year's Eve. They have drinks that are expensive and probably watered down, and it is a tourist trap, but I liked it anyway. They have free sand chairs, whereas you have to rent chairs at the other nearby bars, so that is a positive.... More

Been here a few times. Great spot! The original pain killer drink, good fried food and awesome beach! Next to Foxys, this is a must stop for everyone sailing or staying around the area.

Generally avoidable. Mass of humanity off the boats standing in line for the famous "painkiller," which, at four dollars, won't break the bank, but it will kill a half hour of your day waiting. If you've been to Bitter End or the like, you've already done this. There are many better and more original experiences to have in the Islands.... More
