We were very impressed with the service for our daughters 4th birthday party which we held in the soft play there. The staff looked after us, were very accommodating and ensured all the children had a great time. You have to take your own cake along, but the staff presented it with candles and then cut it up to go... More

Kenny is a great caring man, I used to take a elderly man with learning disabilities to Brewster for lunch, Kenny was so kind and always looked after us, I hope Brewster know what a lovely man Kenny is 😃😃

We have visited this Brewers Fayre before so were very disappointed to find that it had gone so far downhill. There was a desperate shortage of staff so, although they did their best, service was very poor. As for the food....we should have sent back the sirloin steak. It was tough and there was a lot of gristle. All the... More

Had meal and breakfast here while staying in the Premier Inn next door. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant was reasonably busy but service was still quick. Food was lovely and good sized portions.

Have been here tonight, ordered from the main menu, and was disappointed. The steak was supposed to be medium, but was more on the rare side, although I do realise its hard to judge..the onion rings were horrible, the peas I didn't touch because they were shrivelled and looked very unappetizing. I feel its expensive for what you get. I... More

We booked a table for 12 to take a group of 6 residents from a local care home here for lunch today. One of our diners required a meal of finely blended consistency. On arriving, We informed Amy (our waitress) of this & asked if we provided the meat (which was already blended, that we had brought from home) could... More

Only went there as we'd paid for breakfast with our room. Courteous staff, acknowledged, not ignored whilst helping a previous customer. Good selection of breakfast, with excellent poached eggs to order and also quorn sausages on request.

This restaurant really is a 3 star restaurant. You're pretty much never going to have a great meal with lovely service, that you walk away thinking who you can recommend it to. But also you'll probably never get a terrible experience either. The staff are often miserable and totally uninterested, but the food is OK.

Evening meal last night - September 3rd Staff rushed off their feet, but very accommodating. Bar person ( brought us water to table 26) most pleasant. Ordering wine ( offer run ou!), asked us if we would like water and said he would bring it to us. Other staff very polite also. Food awful. Salmon was the texture of leather,... More

Had breakfast here this morning! Well well where to start. First was told there is a 10 minutes wait for a table even though several were available. After 10 minutes I asked someone to clear a table for us but no-one was able so had to do it myself as a staff member tripped and spilt milk everywhere. I am... More
