We go to this place very often but our visit yesterday was disappointing. We ordered food and sat at the table near the kitchen. It was like sitting in a store room, boxes in the floor just to the side, a sweeping brush etc it wasn't good and we moved asap. The food arrived quite promptly but was plonked down... More

Only downside is staff are a bit slow on the bar even when it's not busy and are not very personable but it is a Wetherspoons so wouldn't normally expect first class service. All in... More

Lots of choices to choose from a really lovely meal. We can recommend the chicken rib combo. Good service too. We go there quite often for lunch.

Called in here for a bite to eat on Monday, 13th February. Another good Wetherspoons establishment that was quite busy for a cold Monday night. I enjoyed a 14oz Aberdeen Angus steak and a couple of pints of the excellent Shipyard's ale. The only slight downside is that the bar staff don't really seem to keep an eye on who's... More

Screaming children and yummy mummies were the order of the day. When I did get served my fish was over done the chips are made of god alone knows what... More
