A beautiful tearooms and patisserie, located in the exquisite Market Square next door to the old town hall. We have over 32 loose leaf teas, specially blended coffee unique to the Artisan and some fabulous light lunches, breakfast and cakes. A little piece of heaven tucked away in this beautiful mock tudor building.
An excellent way to start the new year with my favourite sour doh back sandwich oozing with crushed tomatoes followed by a hit cup of cappuccino in excellent company. Thank you guys for giving me the energy.More

We visited today for lunch and left 50 minutes later, still hungry!!
We ordered two drinks and two lunches. My husband got his coffee quite swiftly but I didn't receive my cold drink for another 30 minutes and this was only because I chased it...More
Initially set out for coffee and cake at pretty things around the corner, but after walking out of there due to them having bad attitudes, and with two peckish kids in toe, we were feeling pretty deflated. Stumbled across this place, and I’m so glad...More

This is not one of those 'formula' cafe and coffee shops; it is very independent. The setting is great, try to get a seat upstairs near to the window. It is table service except that you pay at the counter downstairs. We ordered paninoes (panini?)...More
Nice place for a light breakfast. Bacon Sandwich was enough for me and my wife had ham and cheese croissant. Nice coffee and good staff. We only tried this because Bills was full but will definitely be back again.
