Quite literally this restaurant has been reborn from the ashes. It had burned down and took quite a white for it to get back to business. I've eaten here before the fire and again now after re-opening. The good standards have been kept; the food is good and cheap. It is a bit dark inside, I like it a bit... More

Been here a couple of times, most recently last week. Went with Turkish friends of ours who ordered for us... it was fantastic. The Effes Premium lager is great to. We had quite a few noisy young children with us and the staff made everyone feel really welcome and looked after the children, organinsing a 'kids' table and serving them... More

An excellent Turkish restaurant - always clean and always bustling! Glad to see it back up and running after the fire a few years ago. Very generous portions. Shame that it overlooks the breathtaking views of...Ponders End High Street. Can't be helped!

We were invited to Vadi restaurant. Our host had ordered the Mixed Meze which were colourfully displayed on the table when we arrived. They looked great and with their bread they tasted amazing. As the main meal I ordered Mixed Grill with rice. When it came I got Mixed Grill with Chips. Our host spoke with the waiter and an... More

I bought lahmacun for family dinner, however I dont agree calling it lahmacun as it was just burnt piece of thick bread with no meat on top. Lahmacun was as thick as turkish pide and it was deeply burnt. Very poor quality. I strongly recommend you just dont visit this place or it would be utter waste of your money.... More

I purchased 15 lahmacun for a social gathering. Lahmacun is supposed to be minced meat on very thin base. Unfortunately the lahmacun they made had very little meat. So much so that I thought it was vegetarian at first. Also the base was very thick and burnt. You could tell that the staff tried to tear off the burnt areas.... More
