We celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday with a princess tea party at the Pink Bicycle Tea Room. Michelle was friendly, professional, and easy to work with - she made planning the party easy! The food was fantastic - our guests raved about the variety and quality of the sandwiches, the scones, and dessert. The service was great and the kids... More

Had the Queen's Tea which included a few mini but tasty sandwiches, pumpkin caramel scone with clotted cream, mini apple crisp and brownie tart and big pot of tea. Service was friendly and everything was presented nicely. There are also fun hats to try on if you are so inclined. One drawback is that parking is problematic throughout the town.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. The tables are cute and decked out with vintage china. We Had the Queen's tea. The salad was delicious. Field greens with berries and what tasted like a homemade champagne vinegrette. The white cherry tea was a lovely blend, but oversteeped and lukewarm. Tea is served in pretty ceramic pots, but without a cosy, so... More

My daughter had her birthday party here. It was very fun! Everybody got to dress up (girls and moms, too) with feathered hats and boas and have a very nice luncheon. They offered both tea and lemonade in case not everybody wanted tea. They gave the girls lessons in drinking tea and some etiquette tips (nicely done). A great place... More

Had good options, owner is real nice. Good place to take kids because you get to try on hats. While I was there a little girl was running around all happy trying on fancy hats, she even sang to us. It was really cute.

I wanted to do something special for my niece for her 16th birthday. Michelle of the Pink Bicycle delivered! We had the "Queen's Tea" and introduced my niece to teas she's never had. The food was excellent! We had a scone with clotted cream, followed by a spinach salad with strawberries then we had the three tiered tea sandwiches and... More

I have been to the Pink Bicycle Tea Room many times over the last couple of years. My recent visit revealed new ownership, a pleasant surprise. The place has been spruced up and looks more elegant. The food was good and the tea wonderful. My only reservation is I took a friend for a special treat. I like tea to... More

I went to the Pink Bicycle Tea Room in downtown Occoquan today. It has always been a charming destination, but recent bad reviews made me nervous. Today I discovered that it is still charming, in fact, better than ever! It was purchased by a marvelous new proprietress in May of this year (2014). She has been working hard to brighten... More

This quaint little Tea House is a home remodeled (barely) as a Tea House. It is all pink and ruffles and even offers hats to don for the occasion. The Tea cake delicacies are delicious. It is a fun place to go for an outing but it is not show-stopping.

The Pink Bicycle Tea Room has been serving tea and lunch in this historic town since 2001. The two perky pink bicycles that grace this historic building were discovered at a good ol' flea market and thus the name was created.
