Had breakfast here before going to Chessington world of adventure. £9 for the adults and kids go free, so quite cheap. There was lots of choice, hot and cold and everything was tasty. The lady who served us was friendly and efficient. Toilets however were disgusting, small dingy and with broken locks. Unacceptable for a chain like this.

We went to the restaurant to meet with family members who were visiting Chessington World of Adventures. It became very clear there were not enough staff on duty to cope with the amount of tables they had. We waited 30 minutes to get our starters and another hour for the main course. We were approached by a manager who explained... More

This was a busy Beefeater as near to the Chessington World of Adventure. For an evening meal as we arrived fairly late we shared a grilled chicken Caesar salad which was very nice. With two lagers the bill came to £18.00. The breakfasts were all self serve and ok for £8.99 each but not all of the fruit was fresh... More

We visited after a day out at chessington, as a group of 6 adults and 3 children we were apprehensive about getting a table as we hadn't booked but walked in at 6.30pm to be greeted by a smile and shown straight to a table. The waitress was frankly brilliant the kids loved her and she was very good at... More

the service is slow even ordering a drink seems to take them an age. the area managers need to check this out and do a mystery shopper. it is sad that the service is slow.

Was there with my family and my nephews ordered soft drinks that did not turn up when we received our wine and we had to order again. When the main meals came out they had not brought one of the nephews meals. Have been here a lot as is one of our local restaurants every time we go it gets... More

We have visited here about 5 times in 2 years as stay at chessington hotel and come here to eat. Usual beefeater food but this time place looking very worn out. Carpets dirty and thread bear, table was dirty when we arrived as was cutlery. My daughter ordered garlic bread on kids menu starter - it was one bit of... More

Consistent with other Beefeater restaurants, this was again just adequate. They give the children an activity/colouring in menu, but no crayons to use with it? Our waiter couldn't really be bothered. No warmth or sincerity. My meal came and I'm not sure how long it had been waiting on the hot plate because it had a hard rim of sauce... More
