A decent enough pub that attracts locals to enjoy a drink and snacks. Mostly positive experience but lacks a cask beer offering and children tend to be allowed to cause disruption to the enjoyment of other pub users. TV sport is available but can be intrusive as the volume is unnecessarily loud. In summary worth a visit but could do... More

if you want to eat & drink in a play school then this is the place, you have to virtually shout to be heard above the noise of shouting screaming kids!!! the place looks unkept and the toilets are filthy, if you want a drink and let your kids loose off steam this is definetly the place.

We were regulars here, merely because it is close to home. Myself and my large family spend a fortune here and used to go almost every night of the week for drinks and occasionally food. Staff are always miserable and clearly do not want to be there. We now only come here if there is no other option as the... More

Watched in disbelief this weekend as parents socialized and used the pub as a kids playground, somebody mentioned a football tournament. We watched as they kids irritated the hell out of diners or general drinkers whilst their parents turned a blind eye. The kids we're running through the pub, crashing in and out of the fire doors, customers resorting to... More

The staff here are absolutely awful!! They are so rude and so disrespectful!! They are also awful at their job!! To ID someone for a Coke!! Yes a Coke!! Yet not ID someone for an alcoholic drink is poor!! To then ask someone to leave at 9 because they don't have ID for a soft drink is ridiculous!! When them... More

Have visited a couple of lunchtimes for a snack and drink but each time the staff were drawn to my attention. No smile or welcome and the food and drinks are almost thrown at you and not cleared after use. Both times we have had to clear our own tables and take our plates back to the bar rather than... Shocking service and food. How can you not have burgers on the menu on a Saturday night, tip for staff, don't carry plates so your thumb is in the food.

Where do I start....4 of us ordered food at lunchtime. It wasn't that busy. 45 minutes later food arrived. Salad had no dressing. When asked they said they hadn't got any nor anything else to offer. The place is next door to Tesco!!! So I sent it back. Order a tomato soup with a baguette...what could go wrong? It too... More

I met friends for lunch today at 1pm. We went to order food at 1.14 - I wanted a cajun chicken breast with rice instead of chips. They don't do that, however I could have a 'loaded' chicken (half a chicken with a sauce on the side) which does come with rice - so they do rice?!?! Two of my... More

Came here for lunch yesterday. Ordered a jacket potatoe with tuna mayo and a j20. Paid.. £5.65. Food was lovely.. jacket filling was plentyful and salad was lovely and fresh. Returned today. Ordered chicken tikka on a naan bread and a j20 paid £ 6.25. I questioned this having read the menu yesterday that it should be £ 5.25 as... More
