I had moussaka and my husband had a burger, both of which were quite nice. Fine for a pit stop but it had a bit of a strange layout which made it feel a little... More

We felt that the service from one person was grudging and it cast a shadow over our visit. We aren't going back again, which is a shame because the garden and the river views are lovely.

Extremely well cooked, nicely presented and attentively served. Generous portion sizes. Typical "Pub Grub" menu, but with a varied blackboard. Reasonable Veggie choice.... More

We had excellent English Breakfasts. This place has great service and the entire place was spotless clean, including the toilets.

Upset and shocked that u had yompay extra for the cheese on the cheese burger, plus extra for the onions on it. And extra for the salad garnish on my lasagna dish and the chips . It ment to come with crusty bread but wanted chips but had to pay for them when I said no to the bread. Throught... More

Seventeen of us from our Townswomen Guild went for lunch and certainly wasn't disappointed. This is the first time I have been here for many years and was pleasantly surprised. The pub was big and nicely decorated and everybody's food was beautifully presented, large portions and hot. It has a large garden with play area and backs onto a large... More

I just wanted to give you some feed back from my visit today. Me and my 2 children came for dinner today saturday 4th June 2016. I was really not impressed with the food at all. I had a prawn jacket potato which was very dry and the skin was so hard that my knife wouldn't cut through it. My... More
