This restaurant is located in the mall area of Oakton, so parking is available everywhere. It is a nice, clean, cozy with good ambiance. We had a very good lunch with a few friends. The foods and services are quite good. The Peking duck is very crispy and delicious. We also had the beef noodle, combination seafoods and string beans. They’re well prepared and tasty. Highly recommended.

I had some steamed pork dumplings, which were really good and a couple fried wontons. I ordered chicken with mixed vegetables and tried the shrimp with lobster sauce that someone else ordered - both were good. The portions are pretty big, so there are plenty of leftovers.
They had a good set-up for picking up your order and they got the order ready to go pretty quickly. They had tables for people picking up and another table for the doordash orders. Everyone that I saw was wearing masks.

Typical menu for a local neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Not very exciting, but very dependable. It's been around for over 20 years, 3 plus stars , but not a 4 star.

The food here is pretty bland, I live a stones throw away and when I occasionally fool myself to give it another try I want to kick my self afterwards. A great example of ethnic food made less challenging for Americans. The only Asians I see there just take your money

The appetizer portions are like a meal
Lettuce wrap with chicken was very tasty
Moo shoo pork with pancakes prepared well essxfood
Shrimp dish was mor sweet than spicy
Dumplings very large
Service was excellent and ambiance is friendly
Commingled back from Florida where getting Chinese food is a challenge this was a pleasant surprise

Very good Chinese food serving local community with authentic Chinese food including old standbys such as kung Pao chicken, lo mein, mu shu pork, et al. When you have an urge for Chinese food and don't want any surprises, eat there or get takeout. Great service

I have been going to the Old Peking Restaurant for many years since it is fairly close to my home. There are not that many good Chinese restaurants any more, since over the past several years many have closed. The Old Peking restaurant has always had very good food and service.

If you like American Chinese food, e.g. general tsao chicken or kungpao chicken, you will like this place. It has nothing what it's name conveys. The dishes we ordered were either bland or too much sugar, I wouldn't go back.

My wife and I enjoyed delicious lunch specials in this our first visit to Old Peking. Perfectly balanced flavors in the Hot and Sour soup, followed by well-presented, rich, flavorful General Tsao's chicken made for a wonderful lunch. The chicken was tender and lightly battered, with no fat or grizzle, and perfectly finished with just enough crunch to match the wonderfully rich, sweet and spicy bite of the brown sauce and fresh bell pepper pieces. One of the best renditions of this dish that I have had. My wife had the cashew chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it, even sharing a tasty sample with me! Even though these are typical menu items on American Chinese menus, Old Peking elevates them to a level that beats the best majority of Chinese restaurants we've tried over the years in the Fairfax area. Overall, a great lunch value in a classy, well appointed dining room. We'll be back!

We have been going to Old Peking for many years and have always been satisfied with this restaurant. Prices are moderate, the food very good and the portions generous. We especially enjoy the hot and sour soup and lemon chicken. We often do take out when there is not time to prepare dinner.

We havebeenviing here for dinner and carry out for 15 years. Much better than your normal surburban Chinese restaurant.Every dish is cooked to order, no prepared hot dishes
