It’s a charateristic and easily accessible restaurant. The staff was very friendly and we immediatly felt comfortable. They even brought us a welcome drink!! The service was fast and very efficient. The food is of a high standard and the portions generous. I chose the...roe deer saddle from the menu, it was a great choice! The meat was very tender and the side dishes were delicious. And what a choice of wine!More

A truly hidden gem! I ended up in this restaurant randomly, and it couldn’t have been a better surprise! Fantastic food, an extended list of local wines (which are incredibles), all wrapped in a cozy familiar atmosphere. Service was top-notch.

Lovely restaurant in the center of the Tesserete village, I went there with a friend for a quick dinner and simple dinner The restaurant has a warm family type atmosphere, nicely set tables, the menu is not very extensive but the dishes are very well...prepared and presented, the service is discreet and makes you feel welcome, the price is in the norm for a Swiss based restaurant but on the high side for a normal human being living in Europe. The restaurant is very well known for the game dishes it offer when in season. We had a beef tartare, excellent, and a veal Milanese, very well cooked, with their side dishes of vegetables. Everything was excellent and when in Tesserete you should really make an effort to try it outMore

We were staying in a hotel a few minutes away and this restaurant was recommended to us. We were served by a nice lady who managed to communicate with me in a mixture of Italian and German. We asked for something that wasn't on the...menu and our pasta was freshly cooked and tasted delightful. We were recommended a wine, which we are now desperately trying to locate in the UK, as it was so good. Overall, it was expensive, but I think everywhere is in Switzerland?More
