We stayed there every day after ski - apres ski, their jagger tea is very good, price - don' t forget that you are in Switzerland. There is a real fireplace inside and a lot of things that arouse nostalgia. We also try a cheese fondue for dinner. We got a romantic table in the first floor. Fondue was excellent.... More

We drove here as our first night out in Samnaun. It's right at the end of the street with a small car park. Duty free shop below is good for alcohol and cigarettes. I brought a bottle of Hennessy which is normally £39 at the airport for £27 so don't buy in the uk- wait until you get here. went... More

Lively restaurant full of nooks and crannies to sit in, good Swiss comfort food and good atmosphere. Very friendly waiting staff, and free wifi for the kids. Down in the cellar on your way to the toilets check out the duty free ship, a real Aladdin's cave. The only drawback if you come by ski is that you have to... More

We end up our everyday skiing trip there. Liked the atmosphere, service was good. No comment on price, since it is Swiss.

We went to the Schmuggleralm for Dinner. We had the salad buffet and pizza. Salad buffet is huge with many choices. Pizzas are as well quite big and very good. However, the service was slow. We had to wait almost one hour for our pizzas. Good thing is, that you can shop duty free there up to midnight.

If you are skiing schmuggler alm is difficult to reach once the snow line recedes, forcing you to use a bus or telecabine. However the food, service and atmosphere are worth the effort. The Tiroler grostl is reasonably priced at 19 SF and very enjoyable, although not for anyone avoiding carbs! Potato, bacon, onions, etc combined to provide a hearty... More

This place is right at the bottom of the 80 red run which takes you down from the ski area into Samnaun village Apparently this run is good, but with spring snow it's hard work and we collapsed in here for a few welcome beers on the sun terrace The place was jammed and really bouncing with the DJ playing... We met at Schmuggleralm every day after skiing for drinks and story-telling, and also ate dinner here several times during the week. Staff were excellent and the building itself is amazing - lots of nooks and crannies to explore and always unexpected views around every corner. Great bar. Dinner was amazing!

Typical wooden challet located at the end of duty free run slope from Ischgl to Samnaun, right at the entry in the village Service is great, food as well They welcome noisy kids, which is not the case in other surrounding places You are surrounded by a great athmosphere with real fireplace, old pics, genuine things...and if you're still bored,...
