Location and contact

With its beautiful Valais traditional decor, Le Chateau de Villa is where the finest local terroir specialties are served. Cheese dishes are at the centre of these, such as our famous cheese raclette made from raw milk from 5 pastures, our fondue and dried meats from our own pigs raised in Alpine pastures, as well as other cured specialties. Our head chef also offers you a menu featuring seasonal specialties from fresh products that are flavourful and from but also typical for the region. The Wine Bar: Some 650 wines and the talents of more than 110 wine producers are featured at the exceptional "oenotheque". It offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the nearly exhaustive collection of Valais

For a meal or wine tasting the Château de Villa is perfect. Stocked with a large choice of regional wines and a traditional menu of local dishes, you can’t go wrong. Good service in a newly renovated château.

Great architecture/ambience, diverse good quality wine from local regions, speciality cheese dishes (fondue & raclette). Good service & knowledgeable staff. Must try the wine bar. As a starter,we tried walliserteller (local dried meat plate) which was really good.
