Average is what I can say, but we only had coffee and dessert, which were okay and typical beach-expensive. Nice enough service and clean. Good location on the corner of the parking and beach.

Having eaten in the restaurant three years ago and really enjoyed it, we decided to visit again this week, whilst back in the area. The location is attractive, with great views over the bay, northwards towards the French boarder. The staff were pleasant, although one of the waiters did appear to be getting a bit of a hard time from... More

Managed to get a table for 18 people, not facing the sea though. 7 adults and 11 kids. Good selection on the menu, translated to 5 languages. Good service, good selection of drinks. Food quite average including pizzas. Shells, mussels, monkfish were deemed average. Come here for a beach facing table (book) and enjoy the sunset.

In the very first line of Platja de Pals shore you will find this traditional seaside Catalan restaurant where you can sit down on the terrace and enjoy a paella while wearing your flip-flops on and literally touch the sand of the beach with your toes if you stretch your leg a little bit. It is the perfect combination after... More

The restaurant is right on the beach with lovely views. The food is excellent. I recommend a mix of the starters & have them shared. The paella was superb.

Visited Solimar with husband and son while staying at Cypsela Resort. It's just a short drive (or Cypsela bus ride) from resort. The tables face out to sea and the view is sublime. The service was attentive and informative. We had seabream and local fish cooked in salt - delicious. Desserts of prunes in Armagnac (maybe not!); almond cake and... More

Everything, just everything was perfect. The food was delicious, and the stuff was wonderful. Just go there (without reading too much comments from Adviser) and enjoy your another evening in lovely Spain!

Went here on our first night of holidays. There was a number of restaurants nearby and this was the only one with people in it. Had an excellent family meal for 6 and good value. It's located right on the beach. And appeared to be very busy each time we passed.

The sangria was the best I've had and the lobster paella was amazing. The pork in cream mushroom sauce was really rich and heavy. Good if you like it that way.
