Disappointing experience for what was supposed to be THE place in Costa Brava this summer. The only thing I would advice is the rice. I had a really good "arros de caldera", average "ensaladilla russa" and a terrible mussel starter that pretended to be experimental cuisine but had bad flavour in the end. They also have this quite trendy ice... More

Upscale dining inside and a very inviting patio for those preferring outdoor dining. We had the vegetable rice dish as well as the rice speciality of the house, casserole rice with seafood. Others in our party had the tuna. All were great. The best part was the desserts...the frizzles......ice cream made right in front of you. Besides being fun to... More

We had such a pleasurable, wonderful meal at Sol Blanc last week! Our children ran around their garden and played in the sun while the adults sat on the terrace enjoying the delicious, freshly prepared food. On top of it all, the staff at the restaurant are friendly and attentive. This was one of our favorite meals during a two... More

Four of us enjoyed an evening meal in lovely outdoor surroundings. We were made very welcome and enjoyed an excellent meal. The two blokes had cannelloni and macaroni starters which were fantastic, but large. Good service and food.

We were brought here by some local friends, them knowing we were in search of the best and freshest food in the area. How right they were: the quality of the food and attention to detail was matched by the lovely and welcoming hosts and beautiful location. Wonderful!

2 mins outside Pals, Sol Blanc offers high quality food based on excellent products. It's service made us feel very comfortable at all times. Really family friendly. For me it is a must if you're in the area.

Kings Day in Spain can be a bit busy.. every restaurant was packed and I forgot to make a reservation.. so I thought of Sol Blanc.. and luckily they had one free table for four. We started with a pica pica.. which is fun to pick three starters and share.. great tempura leeks, paté to die for.. and wonderful fluffy... More

this restaurant is just great. their starter was fantastic, with vegetables from own garden and excellent homemade pate. we also liked white wine very much - matching to food very well. and of course their dessert was perfect. if you're in this wonderful area and particularly in Pals (perfect village) you must try foot at Sol Blanc!

Only grateful words for Jordi and his team. Due to weather conditions, had to move a birthday party to his restaurant, and in less than one hour they had it all ready for our party of almost 30 people. And the staff was immensely friendly. Dinner was excellent, even the improvised cake! Jordi, gràcies de tot cor!

Description
Sol Blanc offers a seasonal cuisine with products that come from our garden. You can choose the menu that best suits your needs. We believe that good food should be paired with a good selection of wines, so you can count on the advice of the Sol Blanc's sommelier Sonia Labrador. We have a large private room inside the restaurant perfect for celebrations. And we have the new outdoor terrace porch, which retains the rustic atmosphere of the house from where you can have the nice views of the silhouette of Pals. If you want to enjoy this unique environment, we have 2 double rooms with private bathroom and a perfect apartment to spend a summer weekend.
