A great selection of food served with a great ambiance, very friendly and accommodating, all the dishes where great and an excellent spot for vegetarian cuisine however they do smoke in the restaurant!

My 7 year old son had his best spaghetti bolognese ever, and I can assure you he's eaten many spag bols. Gambas a la plancha were overdone, something you wouldn't expect. My pasta with cheese & mushrooms was great

In Mocambo's neon light stays that it is cocktail bar and we would have walked by without our local friends. It is not a bar. Mocambo is great ristorante. Porcini pasta was epic and staff authentic Italian. Worth trying.

We've been coming to L'escala for several years and apart from the beaches and the windsurfing, dining at Mocambos is one of the highlights for us. The food is always 'espectaculo' (try the lobster linguine) and we're always welcomed like long lost family members.
