This place has a seems to have an interesting menu but the food was ok but it lacked taste. In particular the gumbo I tried was nothing like a Louisiana dish but more like a Ratatouille. The other dishes also lacked taste. I wouldn't return

We ate here two years ago and made a beeline for it this year only one sitting per table per night wont be rushed, like time has stood still fantastic food ,frozen cheese cake desert as good as ever and very reasonable.Possibly the menu could be updated to add a few more dishes but aside from that no complaints.

We went to Infusion twice this year and both times the food was great. Chicken was absolutely lovely and the Blueberry and White Chocolate frozen was to die for. Service was also very good. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Will definitely be back next year.

A great welcome as usual and lovely to experience the superb menu at the Infusion. Try mushrooms Bayou that are mushrooms coated with a mixture of Cajun spices, corn-crumbs and deep fried. Served with Cajun Mayo. That is just one of about ten brilliant starters. Your mains cover meat, fish or chicken and there are vegetarian options. Lovely wines to... More
