Amazing food. Had seafood jambalaya, blackened sirloin and hot ribs. All in including a drink each €35 euros. Can't be beaten either for quality, friendly service or value. Don't be put off as it doesn't look much from the outside
Saw good reviews on TA so booked a table for 8pm but needn’t have as it was fairly quiet. Popcorn prawns starter was very good and I had the hot ribs with creole rice. 2 starters, 3 mains and a bottle of wine for 53...More
Great menu, excellent service, superb food. The Cajun chicken and chips was excellent, as was the beef both served with simply superb home cooked chips. A little off the normal track but well worth checking out. Only note is no card payments...
Stumbled upon this amazing little place and so glad we did. Located off the main street its a must visit. Cajun and Creole food is out of this world. The seafood jambalaya is truly outstanding literally one of the most delicious meals I have ever...More
We had an excellent meal here. Both of us had the ribs and they were the best I have ever eaten! Very friendly and welcoming service as well. If we are ever back in Corralejo we will definitely be back!

We ate here 3 times over the last 2 weeks and everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. Much better than the restaurants on the main street. Niamh and Lynn were very attentive and friendly. Infusion is a must visit!
Had a very tasty meal here I had the Honey and mustard chicken, hubby had lamb chops, friends had ham hock and jambalaya. All were top notch.
Tried to get in again but fully booked so worth booking in advance !!!
