The one we use is Don Simon Sidra from Northern Spain and yes it is in fortified bottles (like cava) whether it is available in the UK dont think so but worth asking in Spar as we get ours from Eurospar here.
You can snorkel buy the jetty and you will see some very tiny fishes, but for good snorkeling you will need to go to Lobos island where you can see a plethora of marine life; especially my favorites the dark and light green... More
