We have been to this restaurant on our previous 4 holidays to Lanzarote and it had become a highlight of our holiday. Not this time!. The restaurant is in a lovely setting in the harbour. Most of the staff were friendly however with one notable exception ,who I assume was the head waiter .We spent a considerable amount of money and yet... Amura is a very attractive restaurant and sets itself out to be the best on the marina. Crisp whiye table clorjs and napkins. White whicker chairs. Candlelit and right on marina. Its looks FAB! It also delivers with its food and service !! Food is great quality and presented very well. Tastes delicious too. Staff polite and efficient. A great... More

Lovely restaurant with wonderful views. Attentive staff. Beautifully decorated. Candlelight at night adds to the atmosphere. Our starters and deserts were very enjoyable, tasty, combinations of flavours. We had the crab ravioli and the lobster tail with scallops as starters. The deserts were the lemon sorbet with cava, and the coffee textures. We both found our main courses disappointing -... More

The only We were drawn to this place by the very stylish building & great setting. But as soon as we sat down we were getting daggers from the waiter who clearly had an attitude problem! The rude waiter eventually came to us & asked what we wanted. We asked for a drinks menu, but he replied "No.". We then... More

Fire your head waiter! What an rude and obnoxious little man. Reading the other comments it seems to be a very common theme. Won't be back, that's for sure.

Ate here for Christmas Day lunch, decided on Amura after much deliberation but it was a mistake. Staff seem indifferent, had to find our own table and seat ourselves. Food choice was poor, 2 fish, 3 meat mains. The one saving grace was the Red Prawn Risotto, that was good but not cheap at €22. We also ordered Seared Tuna,... More

The venue is excellent, which was what drew us to this restaurant in the first place. My wife and I both ordered the Fois Gras starter, at E16 each. Wow, what rubbish! Escalopes of Fois Gras should be seared and firm on the outside, and buttery on the inside.what we were served was like sludge held together with sinew, served... More

Most beautiful setting in Puerto Calero, on the front with all the yachts comfortable seating and very polite staff. The food is excellent and you are not rushed to the next course. I had Suckling pig so tender it melted in my mouth. The food is of very high standard. There were four adults dining we had 2 bottles of... More

Certainly more expensive than the other restaurants in the marina but worth it. Quality food and special service. Desserts in particular were exquisite (coconut soup and curry ice cream was one of the best desserts I have ever tasted).
