It was one of the best meals I've ever had. It was a little scary drive but worth every hairpin turn, no joke. The view was spectacular and the staff was fantastic! One of the true highlights of our trip. Thank you so much! Hope...to return one day. Very busy place so you have to book a reservation because I probably would have cried if we had driven all that way and be turned away. Keep checking to book even day of. No one answers the phone so you won't be able to book that way. It seems online only way. We booked at noon and got a 545pm reservation. Only 2 spots left and we were thrilled! I had been trying for over a month.More

Absolutely beautiful location. Things to note... Book online well in advance. Single days availability are released at midnight, those spaces on the front go in minutes. The second row places are released a little later. There is parking at the top off the main road...but that does entail a 25 minute walk down to the beach. There are also quite a few parking spaces at the bottom near the beach. If you're worried about the walk back up the hill, definitely drive down. Its a tough walk on hot evening after a big meal. Food is very good and the prices reflect the special location, although not extortionate by any means. All in all, I'd certainly recommend it. For mere mortals, chances to dine in places like this don't come along that often.More

The position of the restaurant is lovely, overlooking the clear waters of the bay and opposite the rocky beach, looking out onto yachts in the distance. However be careful. The restaurant take a 10 euro deposit per person (as a guarantee if you don’t turn...up). I thought that this was fair enough as they may get a lot of ‘no shows’ however to access the car park you have to drive down a very long, steep and bendy track, one car width at some points. When you get there there is no where to park! So you have to come back. We went at 12 noon and cars were ram packed and could hardly move. So it is inevitable that you will miss your table booking and lose your deposit. If you do find a space by some miracle ( pay for it as the police monitor it) then the walk down in 40 degree heat is stifling. Then you need to queue at the restaurant ( they hold the table for 15 minutes). Whilst they ignore you for a few minutes and certain ‘others’ try to push in before you. One seated the menu is 99 percent fish with some shared dishes priced at 150 euros! gazpacho 12.50 euros. It is a Beach cafe. Just be aware. If this is what you are looking for you won’t find a better view or location, but be prepared, go very early to get a space and if the road is blocked off at the top ( just beyond the Res hotel) then it’s a heck of a hike down - maybe 20-30 minutes in blistering heat) and impossible to get back. Sensible people would take a taxi.More

Lovely waitress that was extremely attentive. The service was fast and consistent. Food came out surprisingly quickly! Expected much less from this spot considering where it is and the logistics that must be behind it but it was phenomenal. My partner had the sea bass...and I had the lenguado and they were both so tasty. Thank you so much for a lovely experience. It is now a fond memory and I hope our tip went directly to the lovely lady that served us. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting the island! Parking can be off putting but if you tell the guy at the top of the road that you have a reservation he will let you through! Also would recommend going on a windy day as the breeze was so lovely.More

I was dreaming of this a year ago tried to book but it was fully book. This year I couldn't missed my chance I monitored the booking dates for 2 month until the day I wanted to book they only open 2 weeks of booking...so you need to be patient the best time to book is at midnight between 1am to 6am If you want the on the first line of terrace they go out so fast the seats. We we're actually disappointed when we arrived there after all the heartpounding series of driving down plus the line waiting for the parking when we arrived from the beach we can't swim, jellyfish flag signal, strong waves and super dirty water due to algae. So we just waited for our dinner bit it was worth it. The service was great we arrived on the good time less people our dinner was supposed to be at 19h45 but at 6pm I tried to ask if we can check in and they accepted us, service was great, good was awesome it was worth it the price was fine considering all the efforts they made to drive down all the ingridients, fresh food everything is homemade. The cheesecake was super good. Worth of experience.More

Been coming here for years and the food and staff are excellent! Beautiful views by the sea but the restaurant is rustic and typically mallorcan. Not pretentious at all which I like , but perfect food and atmosphere’

I know this is supposed to be an amazing restaurant, I read the reviews, followed them in Insta and then tried to book-that’s not easy, they never answered the phone or responded to messages, I guess this level of being “out of reach” made me...want to go more. So finally booked, we were a party of 4 ladies and because of the terrible lack of taxis in the area we hired a car for 24hrs just so we could guarantee getting back. We set off in our finery, chatting all the way about what we would have, the sunset, the cocktails etc so super excited. Once we navigated our way down the slope we were met with a chalk board saying closed… I checked and double checked.. was I being stupid? Someone came and checked the booking, they didn’t have it on their system, but we had the confirmation email.. there was a flurry of staff coming over and checking our booking.. eventually someone said we could sit and eat but we had to order quickly and everything at once, at first I agreed but sitting there being told to rush through something I was so looking forward too just wasn’t right. I don’t blame the staff for a technical issue, or wanting us to order and eat quickly, it was just that we were all so looking forward to it and had even hired a car for the night… so I can’t comment on the food but I would say ladies ditch any fancy footwear or clothing as it’s definitely a casual event.More

We first started coming here 12 years ago. It's always been one of our favourite restaurants in Majorca. The food has always been good but it was mainly the views that ket us coming back. So we are in Majorca again from the 25th July...and I have spent the last 12 hours trying to book a table for the 30th July as online reservations go live 15 days in advance. First I got a 'We do not accept reservations' when I tried just gone 11pm and midnight here in the UK and then again this morning at 6am and 8am, and then 'No availability at...' when I trued again just now. They do not answer the phone either. There is no clear booking policy and they clearly don't care about their customers as no doubt they are inundated after this restaurant was featured in The Night Manager. Appalling. Don't waste your time.More

We arrived by boat from Port Soller where we were staying. You have to go to this restaurant if you are staying anywhere near Deia. We read most of the reviews but have to say that it really didn’t disappoint. The staff, food, and service...were brilliant. The setting is stunning!!! If you’ve seen The Night Manager series on TV then you will recognise it immediately as scenes were shot there. We had a table overlooking the bay - ordered octopus and bocquerones to share to start followed by Gambas platter x 2, Sea Bass and Turbot - all come with salad and fries, but it was absolutely delicious. It’s difficult to get into this restaurant so make sure you pre-book and that means calling 2 weeks before you need a table as they only release them in that manner - that’s how popular it is.More

We had an amazing lunch here, the food is very fresh, very well served and cooked so well. The view is incredible. The waiters are nice. Only thing, we found the price is a bit high, I mean we are directly at the sea so...we were expected a bit less expensive.More

Don’t believe all the negative reviews you might read - this restaurant is fantastic. Booked online a week prior (due to all the comments about how hard it is to get a table), yes parking is tricky - we were lucky and found a spot...up the hill and had a 10 min walk down, no queues outside, lovely friendly staff, table overlooking the water and fresh fish with cold rose. Yes it’s a bit more expensive but you are paying for the view and for someone to bring the food down the windy hill. We had lunch at 5.30pm, sounds late but it was perfect for us. Loved the whole experience. And yes they do take credit cards.More

I doubt they have time to answer it.... they were flat out serving people. I never tried it. Use the online booking page. You could also try to arrive and put your name down in case people don't turn up.
