The church dining is a novelty. The food was good, but not gourmet. Good value, though. I had the vegetable curry. It was delicious, but I prefer my curry a bit more spicy. I know that would probably not appeal to others. The salad starter...More

Unique renovated historic building in downtown Norfolk. Good menu and drinks. Great stuffed pork chop and bread pudding. Great service, great evening.

Situated in a restored church, it is a beautiful and peaceful place to eat. Everything about it was classy yet comfortable. The food was out of this world.

We took my MIL to Mother's Day lunch, with another couple and his mom. The wait staff was very gracious while being pretty busy. The menu was varied, the prices good, and the food was tasty and delivered in a timely fashion.

Yes! We can accommodate almost all allergies, we always ask that you let your server know of your specific allergies so they can communicate to the kitchen and we can ensure every precaution is taken on your meals.

We at Freemason Abbey always recommend reservations, just to be on the safe side! And we are about a 7-10 minute drive from Douglas Wilder Performing Arts center
