In Piazza Armerina historical centre. We visited twice and found food really good with very fresh produce. Bacon and pistachio is an absolute must Really good pizzas. Staff was very pleasant.

Recommended by the lady of our agriturismo. The meals are ok. Not very special but fresh and tasteful.

Nice place. Well described in all Sicily guides. Starter from the house was perfect and more than enough for two. Ravioli was so so. Taste was good but we expected fresh Pasta and that was definitely not the case. Price is good and no complaints. Just expectation was set to high.

After more than a week in Sicily, we felt it was about time we had some pizza, so we headed here. The food was excellent - top quality ingredients baked to a crisp. We washed it down with a litre of the local wine, which was excellent, although there was also beer on offer and an extensive range of higher... More

We first we here for the pizzas, which were excellent, but we came back for the stuffed calamari that we saw on another table the night before. We were glad we did it was very good. Finish off with their lemon sorbet.

We ate both lunch and dinner in this small but comfortable restaurant. The service was friendly and helpful. We were pleased that we were not inundated with tour groups but shared the restaurant's fine pizza with what appeared to be locals out for an evening's enjoyment.

God bless Rita! Villa Clementine was 5*....Villa Romana was 5* ........and Amici Miei. Rita drove us here and picked us up when we finished dinner....and what a memorable experience. Mostly locals were here, with a smattering of European tourists. We shared an AMICI MEI Pizza: pomodoro, cheese potato, walnuts salami. WOW. We then shared a main of lamb chops that came with... More

We had the anti pasto della casa which had been highly recommended in Lonely Planet guide book. It was okay, but we've had much better in other places in Italy. Our pasta sauce tasted like the kind you get in a jar from the supermarket. Not sure why this place was so full when other much better restaurants in town... More

The food at Amici Miei was OK though nothing that one would go out his way to return for. The restaurant was packed with tour groups when we were there This seems to be the main orientation of this place.

We ate there last night and the meal was excellent. They could speak english and helped with what we should try. The local antipasta was not what expected but was great. They were GL friendly and both pizza's were good. The local wine and atmosphere really topped the place off
