Down some steps into a small area with maybe 6 tables and some bar stools. Good welcome from enthusiastic owner with lots of information about the range of wines. Range of bruschetta and tasting plates. Nice retreat from the crowds.

Description
Paco Wines is a wine bar that lets you explore the wine territories of Puglia with the accompaniment of exclusive and typical local appetizers. The best regional wines are complemented by our carefully selected culinary specialities. Sitting in the ancient stone cellars of Rione Monti (UNESCO World Heritage site) is the perfect place to experience a blend of history and new wine discoveries. At Paco Wines you can savour a selection of cold meats, cheeses and craft beers of our region and really discover the flavours of the area. "Life is too short to drink mediocre wines", wrote Goethe.
