Charming owner (who speaks perfect English), beautiful setting overlooking the castle, good food. We found this place on our last night in ischia and wished we’d found it earlier as it’s just delightful. I imagine it gets very busy in peak season – book in...advance.More

We went to Ciccio for lunch before heading up to the castle. Carlo, the second generation of owner, and his staff, couldn’t do enough for us. Carlo spoke excellent English and we had a great meal. My sister and father ordered the veal, each with...different sauces, which was a lovely light lunch, my other sister and myself ordered bolognese and carbonara pasta respectively and my mother had the swordfish. All meals were very tasty and presented beautifully and the setting in front of the castle was spectacular. A very friendly, family run restaurant which you really feel from the moment you walk in. I couldn’t recommend this delightful restaurant enough for anyone visiting Ischia.More

We went for seafood and didn't get disappointed. I got a bit surprised about broccoli we had on a side, which resembled turnip greens and tasted way more intense compared to bland and watery broccoli we get used in the Netherlands. It turned out to...be a regional classic. Loved it!More

Service was nice and friendly, view and ambience was very pleasant. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. Pasta was dense and drenched in oil and seafood did not taste fresh. I am disappointed to not be able to write a good review for the nice...people.More

My wife and I go to Ischia every year and we never miss visiting Ciccio. The food (we love fish) is fresh and well cooked, the atmosphere is warm and the staff is always helpful and friendly. For us Da Ciccio is a must of...our visit to Ischia!More

My husband and I spent 3 nights in Ischia during the last leg of our honeymoon, and I knew we had to go to Da Ciccio for our first dinner on the island due to all the rave reviews and personal recommendation from our friends....We were certainly not disappointed! You are greeted with a small glass of prosecco even before you get your menus (huge plus in my book), and everything we had was so tasty. We arrived on a Friday evening and did not have reservations, but Carlo made it happen for us (we would recommend making a reservation just in case - we arrived earlier around 6:30pm so we got super lucky - the place filled up fast by 8pm). We had the stuffed squid and mussels to start, and then we shared a couple seafood pasta dishes. So good, and so reasonably priced. Service was on point, and there was live music playing nearby. If you are in Ischia, you must come here - also it is conveniently located near the Aragonese castle!More

The food was very turist-average but the owner was really willing to help and accommodate you. Location is beautiful, near the castello aragonese and lots of great little stores.

We enjoyed a super meal starting with fresh alici marinate (freshly marinated anchovies) followed by perfectly grilled sword fish and fresh vegetables. Great atmosphere and excellent service
