Nice Little Pizza Joint

Wanted to try the wings here to see if they had any size to them so I bought the 10 piece wings they were good alittle dry but still pretty good the more you buy the cheaper the price

Awesome Stromboli

Great place that offers a large variety of NY style pizzas, subs, salads and much more. We created our own stromboli and turned out awesome. Highly recommended.

Sorry but I was not greeted at all when I entered. Lot's of unprofessionalism. The new ownership has no business sense. The food was a lot better under Sal.

Stopped in for pizza but ended up getting the calzone it was loaded with meats and cheeses. It hit the spot for us and there was enough to take home and eat 2 lunches on.

We ordered the large deluxe and it was definitely worth it! Huge pizza big slices, exactly what you want in an authentic New York pizza! They nailed it!

Food for 80 people delivered no problem

First the logistics of feeding 80 people is tough enough. But those 80 being football coaches and players makes it even more daunting. Add that we gave them less than 48 hours notice. Sal’s pulled it off no problem. Absolutely amazing service and the whole group loved the food. I can’t speak high enough about the staff and their food. If you want it done right, go to Sal’s!

Good NY Style Pie

Ordered a white pizza with spinach and tomatoes for pick-up. Excellent! By the time I got home (10 minute drive) the crust was still crispy. Nice little gem tucked away in an off-the-main-drag strip mall. But don't judge the book by the cover. This is our new pizza place in Newport News.

Amazing food- it's fresh and perfect! So happy! Calzones are really good- perfectly cooked I'm checked in hotel so got delivery - salad was perfect too!

I was impressed, it's hard now days to find real pizza. I had no other choice but to go back again and again. Try the submarines and the pies... Sal's made my favorite list!!!

I got a Stromboli here. It was fairly good. Tons of cheese but it was supposed.to be meat lovers and it didn't have much in the way of toppings. Staff was nice. This is not a sit down restaurant. Apparently for carry out & delicery.

The sub was sub-par, no pun intended! The bread/roll was definitely not fresh and the meat was almost non existent. My daughter had a slice of pizza which was okay. The french fries were good. I really like the breads / crust to be homemade and fresh.

Interesting pizza choices

We ordered a Greek pizza (feta cheese, black olives, sliced fresh tomatoes, spinach). The crust was slightly thin and crispy. Yummy! We also ordered a garden salad which was big enough for three people to share. The service was fast and attentive. Also on the menu are Stromboli and calzones. Other pizza choices include Philly cheese steak and meat lover.
