Ordered our food for pickup on this date review was posted, a friday night at 8pm and it was ready in 20 minutes!. Friendly staff, fast service and very large portions of food that included a side salad and garlic knots that were very good....High quality meat and delicious sauce. Side salad was not tiny or having that look and texture of being pre made hours and hours before... It was fresh and a satisfactory portion. Bruschetta was awesome, its like a pizza style bread with the bruschetta fixings, delicious. Overall both dinners, main course salad and garlic knots and appetizer were perfect.More

The pizza we ordered from Vineyard’s was excellent. This was the first time we had a pizza(Vineyards Supreme) from there, and we were glad we did. It was impeccably made, and tasted great. It is only too bad that we didn’t discover earlier how good...the pizza is. We look forward to more visits to Vineyards in the future.More

On 1-19-21 my two sisters and I decided to dine here for a special occasion. We have been here numerous times over the years because the food is always delicious. Our Entrees were not the problem. Our server was a young short/stout Caucasian female with...short dark hair. We all ordered separate entrees, each came with salad. When she brought our garlic knots they were cold and hard. She then brought our salad bowl. The lettuce was soggy and wilted. The bottom off the bowl was full of dressing I guess. Just a wet mess. We didn’t complain about the bread or salad initially. We ordered a bottle of wine and I let her know we would like another salad. She proceeded to tell us sarcastically this was not like Olive Garden where there are as many refills as you would like???!!! Excuse me?!! I don’t go to Olive Garden and I asked for another salad, ONE, which she finally got around to telling me was fine. We were allowed TWO bowls. Never have I EVER experienced anything like this there. I asked to speak to her manager. He came and I asked if he knew why I wanted to speak to him. He knew and thought it was because we wanted unlimited salad. So already she relayed to him what she perceived our problem to be. The problem was her. We were a table of minorities and she already had an attitude with us. I told him if she has a problem with us, we don’t want her to take care of us. He sent the hostess to fill in for her. We were then served a nice fresh salad and were brought fresh hot garlic knots. This is what we should have received to begin with. Our food was good as it always is. The first server apparently put in one of our orders wrong. We let them know it was wrong but at this point we just wanted to eat and leave. Unfortunately because she was a hostess and not a server our service fell short. No water refills, had to wait for long periods of time to ask for things like salt and pepper, fresh parm because she was busy seating guests. I don’t blame her. She was pleasant. But it was a busy night and she was focused on seating people not waiting on us. This experience was enough for us to decide we would never go back again. We have had work luncheons, holiday office parties and countless other dinners here. We will be looking for a new restaurant to have these events in the future. I know the manager did what he could to resolve the issue but they definitely fell short in the service department. The first servers dislike for us was obvious from the very beginning. Her loss. We are normally very generous tippers when we have excellent service. On a positive note. We decided to have dessert at Outback Steakhouse on Jefferson Ave. Our server Kalif was on point. He made up for everything lacking at Trattoria and our desserts were so delicious. We blessed HIM with our generous tips.More

My husband and I tried this new restaurant in the neighborhood. It looked promising as when they opened for dinner at 5pm, diners are started to fill the place. I would have given it 1 star but food was decent (I’d say okay to good)....Here are the reasons why I gave them 2 stars: -servers and hostess congregate in the hostess’ small area to talk in between serving which makes the area looks crowded and it is by the entrance -our waitress forgot to tell us about the specials, other diners complained about it too! -she only asked my husband for drink and left and assumed that I will share his wine carafe -our entrees were delivered before they cleared our empty appetizer plates so we ended up trying to move things around our table to accommodate our entrees -we were given soup spoons to eat our dessert -we were given the wrong bill to pay -our waitress asked if my husband wants to take his remaining wine home as she can put it in a bottle for him, husband said no/not yet and she just took the carafe and rebottled our remaining wine anyway for us to take home. It was given back to us in a huge bottle inside a white paper bag. Husband actually wanted to finish the wine there but anyways! We noticed our waitress seems nervous or very new so we did not complain. -to top it all, when we got home, husband wants to finish the wine and realized that the wine tasted a little different. Apparently, our remaining red wine was re-bottled in an oversized WHITE WINE bottle! For wine lovers this is very unacceptable, even re-bottling a wine to be very honest is not acceptable. I trained service to hotel staff and flight attendants on 5 star airline and impeccable service is very important to me. The Vineyard Trattoria may not be a fine dining place but the service we got is really below the standard you would expect from any restaurants, fine dining or not. I hope they really improve on their service big time as this place have a very good potential.More

We used to really enjoy going out to eat at The Vineyards and then we went and it wasn't there anymore... Well it's BACK and better than ever. Best service we have had since we loved Victoria and Albert's at Walt Disney World but the...prices were much better. We arrived slightly before they opened at 5:00pm and got a wonderful table but it soon filled up and they had a line at the door. Reservations ARE recommended. Started with a basket of garlic knots and salad the the four of us sampled nearly everything on the menu, Veal, Seafood, Spaghetti and meat sauce and Eggplant. And then (after filling a togo box) had room for desert, a marvelous tiramisu. This was quite amazing since we started with sangria.More

My wife and I can’t wait till Tuesday nights for couples night at The Vineyards. The menu selections are excellent for the price. If you don’t make a reservation you may have trouble getting in. The service is always excellent.

Was on a little golf outing and stayed near the Vineyards Trattoria, glad we found it!! Great service! Very good food at a nice price. We will definately go back there again!! My wife loved the Linguine with red clam sauce. I wasn't in the...mood for pasta, so I had the steak. It was great!! Perfectly cooked with an excellent mushroom gravy.More

My husband and I went there to celebrate after a golf outing. We've never had anything bad there. My penne primavera was so flavorful (I usually dread it when I have to reach for salt after that first bland taste!) and he raved over his...flounder limoncello. We had a carafe of Pinot Grigio and even sampled their chocolate and vanilla ice cream dessert. Upon hearing it was our anniversary, the nice waiter gave us a cannoli to take home as gift. Fantastic! In addition, I also misplaced my wallet there but didn't discover til next day. The restaurant handed it to me and it was all good. So, not only wonderful cuisine, wine, also honest people. What's not to like?!More
