Our dinner party of 8 to 10 guests were disappointed by the quality and portion size at Crab Louie's - definitely not what we expected. We were there to celebrate the b'day of a distinguished member of the Richmond business community. Our waitress and the...More

The atmosphere is charming and historic. The house has so much history. Service is friendly and the tables/floors are clean. I have to say the appetizer breads are the best. It reminds me of years ago when fine dining served a whole bread with honey...More

Always fresh with friendly service. I love the She Crab soup. The sweet breads served as appetizer are moist and a nice change from crackers or other white breads.

Crab Louie's should be fine for your celebration. I would also recommend the Boathouse. The boathouse offers the view and some distractions/ attractions for the kids.
