We do take out only. They are quick and courteous. Portions are excellent. We really like their hot and sour soup, and triple delight.

I had the combination shrimp and chicken. The vegetables were crispy, the shrimp firm, and the chicken browned perfectly. The sauce was subtle with just a little heat. I loved it all!

The food is all very good, as is the service. I use this place for both take out and dine in. Both tables and booths. Also, a small bar. Portion size is large.

Been here before and had a tasty lunch. Came here again and the meal was bland. There were 3 of us in our party and all of us said the food was tasteless. We asked for a spice tray but that didn't help. Wish they would provide food that was consistently tasty.

It’s not hard to find a Chinese restaurant in the Richmond, Va area but some are better quality than others and Yu’s falls in this category.
I’ve been ordering take out here for years now and I’ve never been disappointed. The vegetable soup is a favorite as well as their vegetable delight, mu shu is good, the triple delight, chicken with garlic sauce. Ingredients are fresh. You can eat in.

Yu’s is mainly a takeout restaurant. However there are about 12 tables and a nice little bar if you prefer to dine in. I rarely say this about any restaurant, but I will about Yu’s. After ordering many of the items on the menu, I have never been disappointed. The beef used in all the dishes is tender and tasty, same with the chicken and the shrimp dishes offer nice sized shrimp. I love the hot and sour soup, as well as all the appetizers. Combination LoMein, Shrimp w/ Loster sauce, Beef w/broccoli, and Kung Pao chicken are some of my favorites, but you can’ go wrong ordering your favorite dishes! I often go there for lunch as well. Yu’s is closed on Monday.

We love this place. We usually do take out, but occasionally eat lunch in. The food is consistently top-notch. Nothing fancy, your staples, but the ingredients are very fresh, and we ask for "less sauce" which cuts calories/sodium and let's the fresh ingredients come through.
The service is fast and friendly, and the value is unmatched. We live in Manakin Sabot and don't want to visit the zoo that is Short Pump often, and this is our most comfortable, reliable fall back.
Tip - the shrimp are big - not out of a can or frozen!

We've order take out from Yu's for ears. The food is consistent, always ready. Polite friendly service. Some advice.. If you like wonton soup make sure to order extra wontons, they are a bit scarce, otherwise no issues.

First time here and it was good….Nice clean restaurant with a small bar area with a mix of booths and tables. I ordered the orange chicken lunch which came with rice and 1 side of either soup or spring roll. I ordered the won ton soup. The meal came on a nice plain white square plate instead of the usual plastic Chinese printed plate. It was just a nice change. The orange chicken was tasty and the portion side on the larger side as I was able to take my leftovers home for dinner. The won ton soup was good and I enjoyed it because the won ton skins were thin. The restaurant is out in Manakin Sabot but surprisingly busy at lunch.

Yu's China Bistro is an excellent choice for take out! Ive only dined there once, but the food is really GREAT! My husband who is a world traveler recommends it, so its got to be good!

I finally convinced my wife to try this place (she is always skeptical of Chinese restaurants). She now lives it. We have eaten here three times and ordered take out on numerous occasions. My wife loves there the general tso's chicken. My favorite is the chicken with snow peas. They also serve drinks.

I have been going to Yu;s for about 5 years and must say this place is a gem. The food is consistently great, served hot, and quickly. There is never a wait here. I think most people order take out. The prices are really reasonable. I moved about 30 minutes away and still drive to get my favorite dishes - Orange Chicken, Walnut Shrimp, or Beef and Broccoli. The Chinese noodles are made fresh, twice a day and are better than anywhere else.

This small restaurant, in a shopping center in Goochland County, was a real find. The Orange Beef is fantastic, and we have never had a dish that wasn't quality food which is presented attractively. We live a good distance away, but since it is far and away the best Chinese food we have had in the greater Richmond area, we make the trip whenever we can.
