Lovingston Cafe is a favorite stop along Route 29 from Greensboro, NC to Loudoun County, VA. It's small town charm and service is equaled by the food. "Lovingly" prepared; we've never been disappointed when we have stopped for lunch. On this particular occasion, we stopped when the restaurant was extremely busy; evidently after the conclusion of a three day music... More

Here for a festival, ribs were really good. Good selection of beer too. The prices were decent, the workers were super nice.

My husband and I ate dinner here on our anniversary, since we were staying at a bed and breakfast in town. The service was great - our waitress was friendly and very attentive. The food was decent - my steak was cooked just like I ordered it (medium), but was a little tough. My husband had fried fish, and said... More

The cafe doesn't look like much from the outside with its location in a small strip mall but it's worth stopping here if you are in the area. The food is yummy and the staff is friendly. My husband had the prime rib sandwich special, I had the barbecue sandwich, and our daughter had the Asian salad. We we all... More

Ate lunch here. Had the chicken salad on croissant . It was excellent. The place was clean and the waitress was attentive. Would recommend stopping in.

If you are in the area and it's time for lunch, this is the place to go. An eclectic menu, fresh ingredients, friendly service. 3 of us were out on a genealogy field trip and it was lunch time. This was our stop. For this lunch, the other 2 ordered fried oysters, with sides of potato salad, and I had Hungarian... More

I went here with a group of eight. We are all vegetarians, some are vegans. The service was very friendly and efficient. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I eat a lot, but the portions were too big for me to order dessert (which I was really looking forward to).

Specials .... prime rib full of chunks of fat and seabass beautiful piece of fish uncooked in the middle. Cook sucks, there's no getting a good meal here unless you like bar food or just have no taste.

Wasn't expecting it but delicious burgers. Small town cafe has good menu assortment. Offers local beer and wine.
