I used to go to Debbie's when I lived in Locust Hill. I owned a restaurant called Rappahannock Grill in Kilmarnock and Debbie's was a great place when I got a night off. Close to home, good home cooking, great service, very clean. Love Debbie's.
We went out for dinner to The Happy Oyster but got there & it was boarded up. Second choice was Debbie’s. Not worth it. Fast food place would have been better. These restaurants think they can charge high prices so people would come in to...More
We've been here twice. It's a little out of the way but worth the drive. Both times the food & service has been good. Everything is home made including desserts. Prices are great. Last night we had burrito basket and clam basket plus shared a...More

Service is very good and...More

My wife and I stopped to have lunch. Appeared to be busy, usually a good sign, Right? Wrong! My wife ordered a BBQ sandwich which was mediocre, but eatable. I ordered "homemade" cabbage ham and potatoes. It was different in that it was all segregated...More
