Excellent menu choices and reasonable prices. The turkey club and clam chowder were great and the black bean salad made a nice light side.

Simple little shop with friendly staff. Had the veggie focaccia, which was great. It's essentially a pizza without the sauce.

Stopped by for a bite while on a weekend getaway with my wife. Small place with very friendly staff. The menu has lots if sandwich and salad choices, and they all sound really good. We both got the chicken salad melts, I got the black bean salad for a side and my wife got chips. The food quality is excellent!... More

This is a late review -- I ate here in August for lunch. My sandwich was delicious and the service was good. We ate in the basement seating area which was a lot quieter. I hope to return again!

Small, order at counter and seat yourself. Outside picnic tables as well. Very welcoming and quaint. The food is super fresh, beautifully seasoned, and unique. The soups are to die for! The focaccia is delicious and so are the melt sandwiches. The owners work hard to give you something special and they succeed. Prices are quite fair. Great place for... More

One of the few places open on Labor Day for a late lunch. We sat outside and thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches and salad. The tomato looked like it could have come out of my garden and the chicken salad was piled on. The oatmeal raisin cookie is not to be missed!

This is a Lexington institution. The line is long at lunch time but worth the wait. We enjoyed the tuna melt and pimento cheese sandwiches at a comfortable outside picnic table. Don't miss the Blue Sky.

Walked in accidentally, when we were looking for another restaurant. This is walk-in, order, be seated. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and did her best to accommodate a gluten free request. They did not have any gluten free sandwiches, but she was able to cobble together something which was satisfactory. I had the soup and half... More

Lunch at the Blue Sky is a culinary experience not soon forgotten. I can taste the wonderful bean soup every time I pass the restaurant. The sandwiches are brought to life with herbs and the specials are calling your name. You will love the outdoor seating or indoor ambiance.

Basked in the sunshine while enjoying a wonderful lunch outside on their picnic tables. If you like quaint restaurants with tasty, homemade food and friendly service that won't break the bank, then this is your kind of place. The veggie melts, veggie focaccia and tomato soup were fabulous. I would definitely come here again.
